AVOID AT ALL COSTS - fail to refund your money

Terrible customer service and fail to return your money despite having a 30 day no quibble return policy. Ordered 2 pairs of trousers and these arrived. Returned 1 pair within time in early Feb. Never received my refund so chased it on 26th March. Received an email back on 27th from Sarah saying 'I am waiting for a response from the owner to the email I sent 10th Feb requesting your refund to be actioned'. Chased again 30th March to hear when and no email back. Poor customer service. Here we are 7th April and still waiting.

These people are nothing but a bunch of scammers who take your money and never return it.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Very bad experience

I never received the ordered items and they just didn't care about refunding me as they stopped replying to my emails. I had to contact my bank and after more than a month I succeeded to have my money back.
