Delighted with the book. Although it is almost 30 years old the dustcover and book itself are in perfect condition, and the packaging was absolutely first rate. Moreover, 2nd class post reached the Highlands in 48 hours!!!

Two weeks ago,I had no knowledge of the existence of “The Steel Bonnets “ and only discovered its existence during a U3A class on Irish history,which is very well conducted by a Scotsman.I immediately set about finding a way of obtaining my own copy and I engaged the talents of your good selves at The Scottish Landscape.Lo and behold,it arrived this morning (9 May 2024) in excellent condition,in a packaging which would have defied sustained physical attack motivated with malice aforethought. In short,I couldn’t be more impressed and I’m going to show it off in class tomorrow. It goes without saying that the capability of The Scottish Landscape will be disclosed and described in the most complimentary terms.
