I sold my old car to Scappers Limited today, 29 January 2024. Chris, the driver collecting it arrived on time and was friendly and helpful. By the time he’d put my vehicle onto his truck, the money was in my account. Many thanks.

I bought a Yaris backbox from Metro scrap yard in bolton and I was served by a very nice lady called Mandy. She is very professional with excellent customer service and very kind to a point that when I asked for some water to drink, she kindly offered me a cold bottle of water and also agreed that if the part was not the right one I could return it. So very happy and thank you Mandy, you are a star 🌟 🤩

This is the second time I have used metro due to the fact they are the best priced, honest, friendly and fast to respond to your inquiries with same day collection if you are selling your car.

brilliant customer service organising the job. but the best part of my experience scrapping our old horse box was Andy who came to collect it he was on time and patient was an understatement dealing with a horsebox that hasnt been moved for over 12 months and parked in the most awkward place he could easily have left us to it but he used his experience and got the job done very professionally

After contacting them through the web I was given a very reasonable quote for my old car and they said they would come and pick it up. However, as I live in Bolton I said I'd drive it there the next morning, which I did. The staff were very freindly and helpful and the money was transferred to my bank within minutes. A great experiance and a good deal.

I went to the scrappers fo a part punto wing and they were very helpful got the part I needed and the staff was very helpful the very gorgeous girl very nice and good lucking thanks very much

They use young vulnerable lads to work there on the side cash in hand and they just use them they should be called the scammers told my husband they had a part and when he got there didn’t have the part at all they should be closed down

Prepaid for a ns front complete shock and knuckle for a Clio. First offer had a broken spring, second offer, after getting home, has a bent shock. Absolute waste of time, ended up ordering new.
