Good response from customer service
Unfortunately, the bra cup size was too small and the back too large. A detachable strap was also missing. D/DD cup sizes in smaller back sizes would be ideal.
I ordered seamless shapewear in the smallest size but found it too big around the tummy area. There were also seams on the leg openings, which showed through my clothing.
I was offered an exchange or return, the return being at my cost (to China!). I did feel this was a little unfair as I couldn't re-order a more suitable size and the bra was incomplete with the strap being missing.
Customer service were very helpful and they provided a solution which I was happy with.

Great website! The layout is super clear and user-friendly, making it really easy to find what you're looking for. I accidentally ordered the wrong size for my girlfriend, but customer service helped me correct it right away. Excellent service and super fast!"
