Absolutely disgusted with the service
Absolutely disgusted with the service. The website didn't give any confirmation that an order had been made, so I made another one assuming that the first one hadn't worked. Then two emails finally showed up and it became clear the first order did go through. Contacted them immediately asking if they could delete one order associated with the email address. Of course, they couldn't as it had already been printed and packed for shipping (within a very short time of the order - a lightning-fast service indeed). However, shipping is over a fiver! I hope these photos are wrapped up in gold! Yet it didn't seem to occur to anybody to ship the photos together to save on postage, even though they were the same photo, printed at the same time, and to be shipped to the same address - I'm still being charged for separate postage. I will never be using this company again and will be warning teammates/friends too. My poor mum just wanted a photo. Unfortunately, it doesn't bring back happy memories. Wish I hadn't bothered.
