These products are brilliant; really excellent quality.
However, I have a modest amount of store credit, contacted TSQ several times regarding this, no reply. I find today they have gone into administration. This is very bad news, as I would have continued using the products, especially the cold cream, but I do think they should have refunded credit, or even just sent me products to that value.
I received a couple of tubes of TSQ and loved them so much I bought 2 jars, one as a present for a friend. The jars had a totally different chemically smell to the metallic tubes I’d had which had a wonderful aromatherapy smell and I contacted the company who offered to replace them. I was away and then unwell with covid and contacted them many times after to ask to return. All the emails were then ignored. Emails sent on previous email trails so we’re guaranteed to reach them. I am now stuck with 2 jars of cream I don’t like because they dont smell right I can’t give the present to my friend. TSQ I cannot believe after starting so well your customer service failed so badly.
As a 63 year old woman I've tried many different products and was a No7 Protect and Perfect fan until now. I received a sample tube of The Seated Queen cold cream, and have been using it for weeks now. My skin looked immediately brighter and luminous after the first use. Im lucky enough not to have too many wrinkles but I do have sun damage and that is looking more faded too. I ordered the pot of cold cream before ive finished the sample tube.
I now use it as a double cleanser and a face mask, and have just ordered the serum to go with. It may be the rosehip ingredient that is working for me, as my daughter swears by rosehip and she has lovely skin. Whatever it is, it's working!
At the amazing price, for me it's a no brainer.
