We were impressed at how much time was taken to get to know us and what was needed and to think of ways to make the process kinder and more personalised. Lots of little touches to build trust and reduce stress where it would otherwise have been an overwhelming situation. We would have struggled without this invaluable help.

Worked very closely with Claire Lawrence in moving some clients from their large house to a retirement property and she was excellent.
Taking the stresses out of that sort of downsize is a massive factor and she was absolutely on the ball with everything, despite changes in timescales and requests for different bits of furniture.

Dawn was absolutely amazing in helping my sister and I relocate our Dad, aged 86 to his new retirement apartment.
Dawn was very professional throughout the process and was able to give us lots of help and advice along the way to ensure that the furniture and items we didn’t need, could be used appropriately.

Marcus and Tracey Muir from the Senior Move Partnership were extremely helpful when I moved home last month.Marcus measured my furniture and drew up room plans. I was downsizing so needed to know how much I could take to my apartment. Tracey helped me deal with dealing with the change of address. Marcus came back on the day of the move and they both came back the next day to help unpack. I was very impressed by their speed and efficiency. Everyone is surprised at how tidy my apartment is.

Karen Williams helped my mum with downsizing when leaving her bungalow to move into her new flat. She gave valuable advice and was excellent in taking some items away for charity herself. She helped with packing at the bungalow and unpacking at the flat and want over and above to ensure that everything was unpacked before she left mum's new flat, even though it was late in the evening. I would highly recommend, this caring and professional lady and her company.

Lisa Mantels help made the house clearance experience go very smoothly. She offered practical advise, was very reliable. Her help in contacting the charity and clearance companies on our behalf meant the whole process was completed very quickly and efficiently.

Kate Dufton was so helpful from the very first contact. She had many helpful suggestions, was organised, very friendly, caring and calming. Communication is so important and Kate kept in touch regularly with updates and to see if she could help in any way.

She certainly reduced the stress associated with moving.

I was lucky enough to have help from Karen Williams who recently worked with us as we moved a relative into a residential home. She helped the process in numerous ways, packing, charity shop runs, organising collections, unpacking and was in general an incredibly useful resource. I would also note Karen’s ability and willingness to have the necessary awkward conversations that come with a downsizing move which was so important in ensuring my relative could start afresh in a new home without it feeling over crowded. Highly recommended.

I had Karen Williams to help with my dad's moving process. Karen was a wonderful help. She was so organised and efficient. I have been very stressed trying to sort out dad's belonging as he is down sizing from a 4 bed house, to a one bed. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She gave me so many ideas and even helped me empty the garage. She even took loads of stuff to the charity shops for me. She was lovely. I can not thank her enough. I highly recommend using the service if they are all like her.

We used the service of Dawn Rowley to help with our downsizing move. She was very helpful, she took everything in her stride and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service and would highly recommend Dawn to help with your move.

Dawn spotted where she could be the most effective in the time available. She made brilliant suggestions and, with my complete agreement carried them out. Her visit was very useful and she was very helpful and courteous.

I was not looking forward to downsizing ready for moving but the lovely Dawn Rowley was a blessing in disguise. She was so helpful and it was a joy to look forward to each visit from her. I would recommend her and her services to any one. She could not be faulted and the fact that she was so into re cycling was brilliant. I didnt know this type of service existed but thank goodness it does.

Karen was great. I was downsizing from a three bedroom house. Karen helped sort out what needs throwing out, what was to be kept,what can go to charity. She bagged and boxed everything. Arranged charity collection, and house clearance. Checked in over the phone to make sure all ok. Couldn’t be more grateful and very thankful to her.

I was surprised that for £1000 it only entitled me to 13 hours of help. Part of this was travel time which was an hour each way. So for the 2 hours I had at home, an extra 4 hours (making a total of 6 hours ) was allocated to travel and going to the charity shop.

Dawn Rowley was a gem. Nothing was too much trouble and her help and advice was invaluable. Made what could have been a very difficult move so much easier. Would not hesitate to recommend her to a friend.
