Got these for my girls (3.5 and 2 years old) and put them to use as soon as they arrived

No different than Amazon -- Based on packaging and products, this didn't feel any different than a random Amazon purchase -- I'm left doubting the origins and quality of the products I purchased

I purchased the hanging swing for my granddaughter whose parents are going through divorce. She spends a great deal of time in it and really doesn’t want her friends in it, because it is her space. Her’s is hanging in her bedroom. I highly recommend this to parents of children going through anything. They all need their safe space.

I thought the headpiece looked cheap, but maybe it's designed to be more flexible. I bought it for my son who has sensitive hearing and we're practicing using them.

I still haven’t received my item. Incredibly terrible customer service. Item continually is delayed. I have no confidence I will ever receive it at this point.

Order was filled quickly but delivery seems to be stalled in New Jersey for the past few days. Not sure why. The holiday weekend is over.

How long it takes for items to ship and deliver. If I knew it was coming from China, I would have gone with other company.

Ordered this and communication has been exceptionally poor. I first had a shipping protection service added to my order without my permission and I had to order a specific refund for it. The notifications of progress of shipping said it was being delivered and then stopped and didn't update for a week. I emailed with a question and never received a response. Very unimpressed.

More than 2 weeks and did not receive the item. Didn't realize this company was just dropshipping from China.

Massively marked up, low quality, off the shelf junk. They find the cheapest no name Amazon stuff, apply a comical mark-up, pretend they made it, then ship it on to you (if they feel like it). If you want stuff that will fall apart almost instantly, just go find the identical item for the appropriate price on Amazon. (PS: there's little chance this stuff is made with safe materials, which for kids with sensory needs that will be mouthing a lot of it, is vile).

I ordered the adult sized swing and a doorway bar. The swing is actually for my kids but this way they can get in 2 or 3 at a time. Honestly, it has been the most-used gift they received for Christmas. My 5 year old could spend the whole day in it.

The doorway bar did not end up being useful to us, so I initiated a return. It couldn't have been simpler. I was very pleasantly surprised.

I ordered my item 7 days ago and do not have any tracking information that gives me an estimated time of arrival so I do not know if it will be here in time for my daughter's birthday.

My order was cancelled “at my request” although I didn’t ask for it to be cancelled. When I emailed to inquire why and if it was related to shipping to Canada (I live very near the boarder so can have things shipped within the states to go pick up) I received no reply at all.

I've reached out three times. No response as of yet. Have yet to receive my package...
