No licenses, no refund, very bad experience

Unfortunately for me the experience is completely negative, I purchased two Plesk licenses thinking of receiving the activation codes, instead they sent me a procedure to do that I didn't want to apply to my servers, as I believe it is absolutely too risky. They simply sent me a script to run on the server and not the license to activate, so I assume it is completely illegal as well as unsafe. I should run a script without knowing what it does! I downloaded and analyzed this script and it is encrypted with data obfuscation techniques, so as not to show what it does. I asked support for information to send me the list of hidden commands, so I could see them and perhaps run them safely, and they denied me to do this, as they denied me the refund for all orders. I think it is a fraudulent sale, they should not be online, I report them to Plesk directly so they can take action. I opened the report on paypal with the dispute, I hope to get back my money.

This is a scam

This is a scam. When checking out, they ask you to link Paypal, but on linking, money is deducted. So you are required to click checkout which fails anyway and you have no license. I've been through this twice.

We take allegations of this nature very seriously and have carefully reviewed our billing and payment records.

All PayPal transactions on TheServerLicense.com are processed through PayPal’s official automated gateway. Payments are only captured after successful authorization and confirmation from PayPal. There is no manual payment processing on our side.

We have thoroughly checked our transaction logs for the date referenced in this review and have not identified any failed checkout pattern or duplicate deductions matching this description. Additionally, no similar issue was reported by other clients during that period.

On Tuesday, 4 February at 18:00, we requested verification details (Email address, PayPal transaction, PayPal email, invoice number, etc) to investigate properly. As of today, no response has been received.

Without verifiable transaction information, we are unable to confirm that this review relates to a genuine purchase through our system.

If this matter concerns a legitimate transaction, we encourage you to contact us directly with the relevant PayPal transaction ID so we can immediately investigate and resolve it.
