This shop ripped me off - i purchased an order in november 2025 and we are feb 2026 today and i still didnt receive it - i try to send them messages on their contact page through the website and i keep getting ignored!
One of the glasses I wanted to order went out of stock after I ordered them, which they compensated by including two wiping cloths with the other two glasses I got. I responded that I really needed that third pair besides the other two I got, and that instead of the wiping cloths I would like the out-of-stock pair to be switched with another one. I recieved no response for two weeks, and no emails regarding the progress of the order. The glasses arrived and I like the quality, but the handling of the order and the communication was very poor.
Scam - avoid at all costs! Ordered three pairs of glasses and they were all faulty & poor quality upon arrival. I’ve written two emails asking for a refund and have been ignored both times. They also have fake Trust Pilot reviews displayed on their website.
Lack of updates on the stage it’s at. No idea where it is in the system and no change on status whatsoever. Received an Email about giving a rating even though nothing extraordinary happened aside from me purchasing a product.
I've ordered a few pairs of sunglasses from this brand now because I could never find anywhere that had the trending sunglasses you see all over the for you page on Instagram. The prices are surprisingly very good considering what other brands charge. The quality of the sunglasses is what you would expect too, they come with a silicon sunglasses case which feels quite premium and is a very nice touch included in the price. 10/10.
