I Sold a set of Callaway irons and Callaway woods to this company, agreed a price of £1100 , this was on August 7th and still haven’t been paid , I have been told 3 times they had sent it to my bank account each time saying it had 100% gone through, then they said they 3 times they had sent a cheque ( 2nd class not registered) but nothing . Excuse after excuse , I have now taken them to court. My advice would be do not touch them with a barge poll. I have used other companies and been paid within 2 days of receipt of my clubs . Do not take the risk and shop elsewhere

Shaft was delivered to the wrong address with the wrong name on it.
Ontop of that the shaft had clue stuck in it and scratches on it.
They compensated me some money back which then took 10 days to clear in Paypal.
All in all terrible service.

The item I purchased was precisely described so that I knew that I would get exactly what I wanted. The packaging was excellent and the delivery could not have been more prompt. I am extremely happy with the service

DiscountUKGolf.co.uk are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They have stolen over £600 of my money not delivered the clubs or provided a refund. Lied to me a number of times about delivery and refund delays. I would advise everyone to stay well away.
