The service was really one of the best I have ever experienced. I wrote around 45 emails back and forth with Mr Ruskulis to create the perfect gift. He responded to all questions, ideas and objections very promptly and tried to find solutions himself. Very reliable, helpful and solution-oriented. I received the finished work carefully wrapped in beautiful tissue paper and in top condition. There were even small sweets and 2 tea bags in there, very very attentive. I can highly recommend buying a picture there for your loved ones or for yourself or creating one yourself, like I did.
