They sell themselves as a no compromise, leave with what’s owed or goods to the value, professional outfit, but really they’re far from this. The reality is that their communication is terrible, between the company and its customers, but also the office staff and their collection officers. Nobody seems to know what’s going on or why. They got my money back eventually, but I had to constantly chase them, it was nearly as bad as when I was chasing the person who owed me. It took months from when I first contacted them, and I’d already been owed the money for more than 18 months

There was a bit of a delay getting the claim onto the system, but once on the process went through smoothly to a successful conclusion.

Kept in touch and chased arrears promptly.

From start to finish the communication was excellent from The Sheriffs Office and was documented each time either party made contact with them so you knew exactly what was happening. Fortunately my experience gave the desired outcome so I am very happy.
