While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Welcome to The Sheriffs Office, the experts in debt recovery and enforcement services across all of England and Wales. We work hard to get back what you are owed and our recovery rates are consistently in excess of the industry average. We manage the transfer of your judgment or order to the High Court for enforcement free of charge. There is a £66 court fee which, along with the enforcement fees, is recoverable from the debtor.

Very helpful, got the job done, kept me updated and took the stress away from me trying to claim money that was owed to the preschool!

Whilst I would say that we got off to a pretty slow start, by working with the Sheriffs Office and providing clear instructions, they did recover our full debt with all costs passed on to the debtor. Ultimately that is the best we could have hoped for so I can’t give them any less than 5 stars

Waited 13 months through the County Court to resolve. The Sherriffs Office had the High Court Writ in a couple of days and the money in my hand within a month. Amazing service.

This is an update to my 23/6 review. I received another email from TSO on 14/9 asking for further instructions. I emailed them straight back asking them to explain their email. I never received a reply. The debtor company is still trading even though the TSO were told six months ago it was going into liquidation. So the last six months the company have been trading and TSO could have recovered my money. The answer to their request for further instructions is get my money. TSO seem to make more of an effort asking TP to take down negative reviews than doing what they have been paid for. I had two reviews taken down even though I supplied TP with hard copy evidence of both reviews to their London office.

Good service, but would’ve preferred a personal touch of receiving a phone call not just everything from start to finish on email.
