Plants arrived broken, no customer servce
Plants arrived broken, blooms mostly fell off, and some leaves were spotted and looked diseased. I ordered two high dollar rose bushes, they shipped them together, placing one upside down on top of the other. :( There were broken stems, blooms were everywhere, the plants do not look healthy. They crammed two plants into one box but sent a much smaller plant alone in a box the same size. Reached out to customer service with pictures and they advised me to prune the bush, and it SHOULD come back after the trauma of shipping. Never mind the poor health quality of the plant. I'm stuck with two possibly diseased plants with broken stems and lost blooms. I expected high end products with the pricing. Don't waste your money, just go to a local nursery.

I found the boxes not the best quality, also the soil was loss and everywhere in the box, all the plants were a little damaged and the sizes were just within the range. I just wasn't very pleasant surprised after receiving my 4 plants.
Received our Mandarin Tree
Received our Mandarin Tree. We placed an order with Sill for some soil and a mandarin tree. We received the soil about 6 days later but not the tree. We only had one tracking number so we were scratching our heads. After communication with Sill, they stated that they were sent separately and had another tracking number. We received it very soon thereafter. The Sill is always great. Haven't had a bad interaction or product yet.
Not at all what I had expected for the $
End of March I had ordered two star jasmine plants for 99.00 I received 2 Carolina Jasmine. That were not in the best of shape. I called customer service and spoke with a very nice person who agreed that that was not what I had ordered - I was told to keep the 1st delivery and was sent my original order. When they arrived they were not in the best of shape and I called to let them i know and was told to give them a little time to acclimate. Well it's now almost3 weeks since my delivery and the plants are worse than when they arrived. I am a very good gardener and plant propagated many many plants, trees and bushes with out problems. I had a gift certificate from my daughter for the sill and I was very excited to receive this. But when i saw the prices I as astounded as to how expensive they were. Nonetheless I used it and as of now to me and for her it was a waste of $. One star only because the person on the phone that I spoke with was very friendly and seemed concerned..

I received my delivery today. I purchased this using a credit plus additional funds. The credit was because a previous purchase died and it's replacement also died.
I am very disappointed with the quality of the products sold
The pot was delivered in 3 pieces. Numerous leaves are yellowing and will be dying off shortly.
I am VERY glad I did not send this as a gift to someone as I'd be embarrassed.
I've placed three orders sent to myself. Three chances for The Sill to make an impression. Three failures and disappointments. I will not be ordering again.
For the prices you charge, this is unacceptable.

Packaging is amazing. Delivery people turn the boxes every way but the right way and these plants are still in excellent shape.
I found the pot provided for the 2nd plant was ridiculously small for the size of the plant. I used the provided pot for the other plant but it won't last long in the tiny pot before needing replanting.
Dragon scale doesn’t seem to travel well
This is a replacement plant since the first one was unhealthy. I appreciate that the sill replaced the plant but the second one is unhealthy as well after a couple of days. Doesn’t seem to do well switching environments? Not sure what’s happening but 0 for 2 on dragon scales
