Extremely poor quality, unjustifiable price

They have a great marketing and store front but quality wise, its not even worth the 100-200 price. Ive had two necklaces snap/charms fall off after only a few months, they are honestly on par with somewhere like Lovisa.

Their earring quality is also hit and miss and I feel the quality is much better somewhere like SkinKandy for 1/2 of the cost. Unfortunately, despite any nice designs, I can't justify the price tag considering the extremely poor quality. Either go somewhere else or save your money for a more expensive but better quality pieces.

Good brand

Discovered this brand a few months ago, and have ordered from them maybe 4 times - owning at least 10 items from them and I am shocked - why so low reviews here?
I've had no issues - some pieces I have just recently, some I have already had for a few months and they haven't tarnished or faded, or broken. I really like their designs and on holidays they often do great deals. There was one time where some discount didn't work for me (I think because I am ordering from Europe, and the discount stopped working when I tweaked the shipping address), so I reached out to them and they were very helpful, providing me with a custom order (even though by the time I actually got to making that order, the deal had already ran out of time) - gave me the discount manually and solved the issue.

Keep away from this place

I order it Long ago, the 6th. december to be exact. I still haven’t recieved it yet the Company drow the money right away. I contacted the Company and the answer is, that if I haven’t recieved the 11th. of january then contact Them again????
An answer I can’t put under the Christmas tree and had I new, that it would take so Long, I would have brougt the necklass another place this is defently not worth the money.
To make it even worth, the day I order the necklas, they offered 2 necklaces for ones prize, I wrote it admitelly I laid my order and Said, they could just Pick a nice one for my daughter, who the necklace I order was for, when they Saw the order I just made. The answer next day was, that it was not an option since I didn’t order it at the same time. OMG what a service….I could have Said they could just cancel the order and then made a new one, sin e I have my rights, when I buy on the internet.!!!
What a Company, could have made it more acceptable now that it hasn’t arrive….Best for all other people to by things from another store, you only by from here 3 times…..
1) First time 2) last time 3) and never again!!!

Proving its quality

I’m writing this review probably 3 months after I bought some jewellery from the Silver Collective. It’s the first jewellery I’ve bought myself in over 25 years. I’m
Prompted to now write a review as I’ve just returned from a fortnight in Bali, and realised that I wore my gold plated bracelet non stop - in the pool, at the beach, everywhere. It still looks new. Wasn’t changed at all by the conditions. I had a few people ask me if it were permanent jewellery but I told them to go check out The Silver Collective. 5*

False advertising

My tennis bracelet broke I was advised bought this just under a year no longer in warranty.
So I went to buy another one in their 30% off everything sale only to be told this is not included in the sale, when is everything not everything. Don’t buy from here jewellery does not last and their sales are not real

Poor quality and even worse service

Bought 3 pairs of earrings and 2 days later (and prior to even wearing them), had to take one pair back as they would not click securely. Despite the Store Manager and 2 other store members clearly seeing the issue, they appear to have been trained in total deniability and tried to tell me that i needed to "bend the clasp every time to get it work". Even after doing this - they were not secure and after comparing to another pair where the issue was clearly visible, they refused to swap them over so instead, I am told that despite 3 staff viewing the issue first hand, I have to take a photo or video and email customer care for somebody online to determine if its actually a flaw. I am not going to waste my time and will chalk this up to a learning experience because if 3 people who physically saw the issue are trained in all care - no responsibility - I can only image what "customer care" who are going off a photo or video will determine. Absolutely pathetic and will never purchase from this brand again, nor will anybody else I know!

Scam Company- Buyer Beware

This company is honestly a very well advertised scam operation. I have bought 5 pairs of earrings, and 2 necklaces from this company. 2 of the earrings were faulty, as was one of the necklaces. I had to fight tooth and nail for a refund, and was only able to successfully return 2/3 items. I will detail here the faulty items:
1. Earrings #1: Clasp was faulty, one of the earrings fell out of my ear when I first wore them out, and I unfortunately was in a busy train station at the time and was unable to recover the earrings. I had worn them to a job interview and embarrassingly the interviewer noticed during the interview! I brought the other earring back in store and the manager in store agreed the other earring had a faulty clasp that needed to be tightened. Despite this, I was not offered a refund. Instead I was offered a discount on repurchasing a pair. I took this to Fair Trading: the upshot is there is a massive LOOPHOLE in the law The Silver Collective are exploiting. If the product is not able to be assessed as faulty, Fair Trading cannot help you. Please do not risk a purchase with this brand for this reason.
2. Earrings #2 became faulty after approximately 1 month of wear. I was able to secure a refund after dealing with their unpleasant customer service team, who are experts at gaslighting and belittling customer concerns
3. Necklace #1 broke after 1 hour of wear. Was heavy so I noticed when this one fell off my neck.
Looking at their Google reviews I am not alone in my experience. This is overpriced junk jewellery expertly marketed. Nothing is worth talking to their condescending customer service team. At a similar price point, pretty much any competitor will have better quality jewellery

The Silver Collective: Flimsy Jewellery

I purchased a pair of earrings from their online store.
I found that the earrings, which have a very thin 1mm hoop, to be very flimsy and quite dysfunctional. It is nigh on impossible to not bend the earrings out of shape when getting them on and off. Disappointing both in quality and design. I would have expected a higher quality for $55.
