Unfortunately, this is NOT the quality I was expecting. For $50 I ordered a set of rings: a "handcarved freshwater pearl" and a crown, in sterling silver. The "pearl" is plastic and the "sterling silver" rings are adjustable like rings from a .25 machine. It also took over a month to get here.

I ordered a couple of rings on a BOGOF offer a while ago. The rings arrived, wrong sizes, I contacted them, they were responsive and sent me replacements. It was when I received the replacements that I realised the designs, whilst the same, were warped and stretched, making them look completely different to the previous ones.

I’ve given them two stars for the customer service but that’s about it. I’ve since bought from Clocks and Colours AND Volstead. Both of the items I’ve bought from these sites are AMAZING!

I should have read this page before buying, the same happened to me as everyone else, I have been sending emails for three months but when I saw this I lost hope.

Scam, the excuse was my products are not in stock and i have to wait a week. That was 2 months ago and I receive anything yet.

Never received my order.
The support is reactive as usual but absolutly not efficient.

Ordered 2 month ago, still not arrived, tried to contact the support couple of times, always got messages like, we ship in 5 days, we ship tomorrow,... after a big complaint email i never got back an answer, i highly recommend to NOT ORDER on this side, i lost over €150... you'll never receive anything from them

Do NOT buy from this shop. This store doesn't even deserve 1 star. They won't ship your order and then will not respond when you inquire about it. Be careful.

Its just a dam shame as I like the gear...but the customer service has become pretty appalling. Emailed them regarding my order several times over the past 2 weeks with no reply. Had no update on postage either. Won't be using again..which is a shame as I've spent a few £100 with you. There was a guy called Mike who was cool but now some inept called Sarah replies they are awful guys and gals stay very clear. Also all their gear is from China

This operation doesn't even deserve a star. I've been waiting for my rings since May. At first they said it will be another 5 days. 3 weeks later I inquired and they said it was lost in the mail and they will send me a new order. 2 months later they have said it's lost in the mail again.

The person I am dealing with is Sarah M and she replies weeks after and it's always the same standard reply. What a waste of £60.

Yup, this “retailer” is nothing but cheap products from China. I must admit their website looks impressive with fake “shop address and fake reviews” notice the reviews structure looks similar to wish (another dodgy Chinese internet retailer. I ordered through the website and everything look promising until I requested for my tracking number..Long story short I raised a case with PayPal with my concerns and requesting for a refund.no response from retailer.. The retailer didn’t even contest my accusation of them misleading the public by pretending to be reputable jeweler in New York with “10year experiences “ PayPal ended up refunding me.. also note have a look at the skull crowns Social media. And look at the comments . Most comment are from 3 or 4 years ago . All filtered . No current Comment. I’m assuming they are deleting them . Any comments you see are from fake profiles.. anyways I hope your reading this before you think of purchasing from that website .

I’ve ordered two rings over a month ago and still not arrived yet. They said they where going to case royal mail but after that they don’t even reply to your email.

Their rings come from Ali express. Costs $1 and you pay $30 for it.

Terrible company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. We ordered rings 4 months ago. Still not delivered. We have been emailing them almost every week. First of all they said it took time because of corona. Then they told us that the rings got lost in transit and they sent us new ones. They refused to give the tracking code for the new rings (still no new rings after 3 months). Today they emailed us that we have to call the post office who lost our rings. So apparently they haven’t even sent new rings at all. No words for this.
