Great customer service and prompt delivery

David was very great at helping me find just the right mattress for me, was very great with communication on delivery and followed up after a few weeks on if I was happy. I had an issue with my bed-frame and he was so helpful in troubleshooting solutions. I love my new mattress and have a fantastic sleep every night.

After being totally let down by Athlone Furniture World I came upon The Sleep Centre / The Sofa Centre in Athlone. David in here is very pleasant to deal with. He gives a great service and personal attention. I purchased a 3 piece suite. Well worth a visit and reasonably priced too.

It was a great experience since we arrived to the shop David was very helpful he did his best to find what we are looking for. The quality of the beds are very good and the mattresses as well. The delivery was on time and in a short period as we were in hurry.

Expert professional advice in store no up selling.
Accurate delivery lead time much appreciated, allowed for planning other elements of the room makeover.
Provided us with details of company to remove old mattress.
Oh and my daughter tells me the mattress itself is most comfortable

We recently purchased two new mattresses and pillows from the sleep shop, and I can't recommend them and Dave enough . He was a pleasure to deal with and kept in contact with us to ensure the delivery times were adhere to and that we're totally satisfied with all afterwards. Mattresses are extremely comfortable and the pillows are the best I've used . Will definitely be back .

Recently purchased the Amalfi double mattress as nothing came even close in comfort and cost! David and his father, Con, were a delight to meet and chat to, both very helpful. 100/10, genuinely can’t recommend the sleep shop enough!

I bought the bamboo pillow with great hopes of a great night's sleep and a long lie in but the pillow is thinner than expected and doesn't keep its shape. I have to turn it over as my head has settled down so far that it's almost on the mattress.
It is comfortable to fall asleep on but it loses comfort as the night goes on as the filling shifts so much. I have to turn it every night and plump it back up.
Not what I was expecting.

I recently bought beds and sofas from the sleep shop and found the customer service exemplary. David was very professional and knowledgeable and kept me informed about the delivery dates without my having to call back which is the norm these days (There were 2 separate deliveries) He actually came to the address when furniture was being delivered to ensure everything was placed correctly. This was above and beyond any previous retail experience I've had when it came to buying furniture. I would highly recommend the sleep shop for the service, quality and competitive prices. You won't be disappointed.
