I ordered over a month ago and it still never shipped- they told me to just wait because sometimes the shipping label doesn't update?...then still nothing...customer service is awful. They "offered" a replacement or refund and then just never contacted me back again.....
The sleepy tie is well made and beautiful. However, it was a complete waste of money for me. I have tried it on 3 separate occasions. Each time I sleep fitfully and wake up with a headache. All of the weight of my hair is concentrated in one spot and it pulls on my scalp as I TRY to sleep. Last night, I took a muscle relaxer and "slept" in my Sleepy Tie. I didn't fall asleep until around 1 AM, woke up several times, until I finally took out the Sleepy Tie at 4:30 AM. After I removed it, I was able to get 5 good hours of sleep. One might assume that my hair is long, heavy and thick. That would be incorrect. My hair hangs to my bra strap, is very fine, but I have a lot of it. I cannot imagine how uncomfortable it would be if I had as much hair as the inventor. I used the size M and there was plenty of space left for more hair. My hair didn't even take up half of the wrap. I spent the exorbitant amount of money because I expected to love it. Wish they had a money back guarantee.
I ordered two items from this website that were very poor quality. They won't refund your money as it is a "personal care item", and they also won't publish any reviews on their website that are lower than 4 or 5 stars. It makes it seem like their merchandise is wonderful, but if you check their reviews on Ulta or Amazon they are pretty bad. And I have a no brand copy of the sleepy tie that works just fine that I bought on Amazon for 7.99.
