Bought a pair of slippers but one is…

Bought a pair of slippers but one is obviously faulty. Submitted a request to return the slippers but no reply. Sent several following e mails, still no reply. Returned faulty slippers, nothing. Do not buy from this company, they ignore you, their phone number is not operational and you will not receive your refund. Avoid at all costs.

Zero Stars

Would give zero stars if possible. Customer Service does score zero, though. There is none. Phone number out of service and no reply to emails. I can only assume that the company has gone bust. Whatever the reason, please save yourself a lot of aggro and avoid this company. I am left with no choice, but to keep or bin a pair of faulty slippers. Returning doesn't work.

Appalling

Agree with reviews below … appalling service … like the other customers I had my order cancelled … promise of a refund of £144 on 12th December and no sign of it . I have raised a ‘Dispute ‘ re this with my bank who are now on the case for me . Agree I wish I had read the awful reviews as my experience the same . Don’t order from them !! Just want my money back This should be a zero review.

1 star is being kind

1 star is being kind! 5 💩 is more apt.
Utterly dire service, and as with the reviews below wish I had seen these prior to ordering.
Placed an order, took payment then emailed to say my order is cancelled! 2 weeks later and still waiting for a refund.
The phone number conveniently doesn't work and the very slow email response (if you get one) is a generic email blaming everyone else for their shoddy service.

WARNING ‼️ Do not buy from this company…

WARNING ‼️ Do not buy from this company . Inadequate communication. No goods received after nearly 4 weeks from order date! Sent emails but received no replies. No communication to explain the delay from company! Finally received an email saying they had cancelled my order. My 87yr old is very disappointed! Will NEVER use this company again ! Still waiting for her £80 refund which they were only too happy to take when the order was placed!!!!!

I ordered some none slip slippers for…

I ordered some none slip slippers for my elderly mum. I received a pair of slippers with the very slippy indoor soles. I sent several emails. I eventually got a response apologising, telling me they have sent the correct pair. I received the correct pair. I emailed again. Never got a reply this time. Hence. My mum never got the correctly ordered slippers for Xmas. Its now nearly February, still not heard a word from Slipper box.

Dreadful company

Dreadful company! I placed an order on the 8th January and was waiting for a long time, but wasn't worried because they said on my order confirmation email that they would take 5-10 days to arrive, however on19th January (11 days later) I received an email telling me my order has been cancelled! Absolutely no explanation for this whatsoever and they don't answer their phone and so far haven't responded to my emails. I received a refund today, 2 days after the cancellation email, but still no explanation! Ridiculously bad service, definitely won't shop with this company again!

*** AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES! ALL THEIR BOOTS ARE FAKE, THEY ARE NOT GENUINE LEATHER OR SUEDE AND THEY WILL ONLY GIVE YOU 1 THIRD OF YOUR REFUND MONEY INSTEAD OF THE FULL AMOUNT!!! ***

The woman here gave me only £26.00 refund instead of my full £90.00. I asked for a refund because the boots were fake suede and they had a horrid fitting instead of fitting me perfectly like they should, as i have 2 pairs of the genuine thing!

The woman doing the refunds is a thief! She took my money and never refunded me back my full refund, she stole £60.00 off me.

Avoid this place as the products are all fake, and when you return them they deliberately give you £26.00 instead of the full £90.00.

*** THIEVES, UTTER THIEVES, SHAMELESS PEOPLE, SELLING FAKE GOODS THEN NOT REFUNDING YOU IN FULL!!!! *****

Good customer service

Received a pair of slippers for my birthday, however, after wearing them for less than 2 days, the stitching on the heel split. I contacted the customer service to report the fault immediately, and following an email exchange which took a couple of weeks tbf, i have today received a replacement pair.
Can't fault their customer service other than it being a bit slow for my liking (3-5 days between emails), however, they have delivered and this is what matters.
Highly recommend. Many thanks.
