The Snack House really cares about their customers

When my friend's daughter said she wanted 'peeps' for her birthday, I didn't even know what they were. I finally located them on a few websites but they were out of stock and then I stumbled upon The Snack House. Not only were they in stock but they were reasonably priced with quick shipping. Having realised I'd accidentally shipped the order to my old address, Matt from The Snack House got straight on the case, liaising with the courier, amending labels, going out of his way and keeping my informed over email at every stage. It was so refreshing to receive such incredible customer service from someone who really cares. 10/10

I ordered some ramen noodles from them…

I ordered some ramen noodles from them and I ended up with 2 extra batch of ramen which I did not order and pay for. When I messaged them to let them know they had given me extra by mistake, they were very quick to respond and let me know they were really happy with my honesty. They let me keep the extras on the house which was really lovely of them to. I was very pleased with all my ramen noodles, they were much cheaper than other shops and my order arrived fairly quickly too. I will defo be ordering from them again.

Contact was very good after a mistake was made but made it up

To be honest at first wasn’t very happy they didn’t have M&m caramel in stock so they sent me out of date M&m instead but once I had spoken to them they sent there sincere apologies and rent me a refund plus when they get more in I will get free shipping and 10% off so very happy how it was handled

Either incompetent or simply scamming

UPDATE: after snack house reached out to me, I decided to give them a second chance.

The order was delivered in a timely manner, it's not enough to erase the previous experience but I will use again

Either incompetent or simply scamming, order placed and seemingly dispatched fine, suddenly courier unable to deliver and every request for them to reship has been ignored or responded to with excuses.

Out of date items sent

Out of date items sent , communication poor and had to follow up several times to get an answer. Partial refunds given but left with no replacements. Would not recommend.

I ordered 9x redbull drinks/flavours…

I ordered 9x redbull drinks/flavours from around the world, instead I received someone else’s order containing Oreos… I contacted the company and after days of slow responding they told me to return the items and I’ll be refunded fully. I returned the items and they’ve kept my refund and ignored me ever since!

I would definitely not suggest using this company ever again, not to mention the Oreos they sent me that were meant for someone else, were days of being out of date!

Ordered large jar of sweets

Ordered large jar of sweets. Item sent had a 2 week expiry on it. I suggested that this was not adequate given the coat and quantity of product ordered. They agreed and said they would replace and arrange a return nothing since despite frequent emails . Avoid this company .

Total scam of a company

Total scam of a company. Do not order anything from these people. It will never arrive. They will lie that they are investigating it. I’ll be disputing the payment now with my bank and I’ll win and get my money back but do yourself a favor and don’t order anything off these people.

Never ever order with this scam of a company

I too like the other reviews would have loved to give 0 stars, but that is not possible. If you do not mind giving away your money, since that it is. You will not receive your order like me and others. This is clearly something they do, I should have done my due diligence to check and ensure this company was legit, it is not. I placed an order and for three weeks this “company” if you can even call them that, since they are nothing more than a scam. Have been lying saying the package is on the way, then started coming up with an elaborate lie saying that it got sent to another customer by accident, which is false as by the tracking the package never even made it into royal mails possession, so how would it have reached another customer. Then they proceeded to lie and say the customer agreed to send it back to me, which they provided me with another fake tracking which was allegedly sent with 24 hour tracking, again this package never made it to royal mails possession, it has been a week, next day delivery does not take a week. And all compensation they offered in the beginning was a 10% off my next order, as if I’d ever ever order again from them, especially when anyone can get this 10% discount themselves. Completely unacceptable and they show no willingness to be truthful and actually compensate a customer. The only thing I want to end with is to absolutely not order with this company, it’s a scam, they will take your money and will not send your order, and will not refund you, such poor communication and customer service.

I wished there was an option to give 0 stars!!

I placed an order over two weeks ago with The Snack House, and I'm still waiting, last week I messgaed them asking where my order is and 'Steve' replied asking me for my order number, I have emailed a few times since providing it as I have not heard back from them - he said that they are a ligitimate company in his one and only email to me - I have just sent another email to them asking for a full refund - if I do not hear back by tomorrow I will be disputing the transaction with my bank!

Please do not order off this crowd

Please do not order off this crowd.
Placed my order and received a message to say it was dispatched on 6th October.
It’s now 11 days later and Royal Mail have still not been given the shipment.
Contacted them multiple times on online chat, email and instagram and no reply.
I’ve found if I write the word NOW in online chat I get an AI reply.
Frustrating isn’t the word

So helpful now

Ordered back when it was still Central Sweet Supply and had been waiting a while for my order. After they rebranded and it was bought by someone else, they helped get my order sent within 24 hours and also included some freebies.

Would definitely order again now they have improved due to new ownership.
