WHAT A GREAT WAY TO RECTIFY MY ISSUES
Following on from my last review, The Snus Life have more than put right what had gone wrong previously. They explained why the issue may have occurred, and offered to put everything, and more right. (Update: There support team is sorted me out and is sending me a new tub their customer service is amazing and this issue has never happened to me before and i’ve been ordering from them for around 6 months so they are really reliable. Many thanks to Ricky)
I ordered some Velos and i have ordered from here a lot and their nicotine pouches have always been really good other then the ones i have just ordered. They were damp and sticky not like usual ones where they might be a bit moist these were all stuck together and very wet. I’m not sure if it was just from outside moisture getting in when they were being stored or something but these weren’t really usable. I tried drying them but they just went hard and crusty.
