I’ve had amazing service from this company after being let down by another big company. They have a range of beautiful sofas, excellent service and delivery was excellent with super friendly staff. I have already returned for a second order and have recommended to my family and friends. It’s nice to have found a reliable, competitively priced furniture shop.

Service was great delivered on time with no hassle would fully recommend.

Excellent service, the delivery driver ross was very helpful and called 30 mins before delivery was due to let me know that my sofa was on its was.

Fabulous customer service from start to finish. I have mobility problems and it can be a nightmare having furniture delivered if the company isn’t professional. I was let down by a major name brand this week and sofa king saved the day. Love my new sofa, excellent value for money, just right for a small space and with a supportive and squishy back rest! They seem to have something for most budgets and it’s very straightforward to order. They’re truthful and accommodating with delivery dates. If you want to view their range they have a shop in Birmingham. Delivery man couldn’t have been more helpful and courteous. So pleased I found them on eBay, apparently this is their new name so don’t be put off by old reviews. I wouldn’t buy a sofa from anyone else now.

Recently purchased some sofas, varying in styles and sizes, through the Sofa King Website.
I was very sceptical after reading some of the reviews on Trust Pilot so I decided to call the company. I am so glad I did! I was instantly put at ease and the products supplied to me where excellent quality and value for money. The delivery was really quick too.
As said in the below couple of reviews, the service has been fantastic and I would highly recommend.
I will defiantly be using this company again for all my sofa needs.

I found a sofa on this site that I wanted at a very good price.

I was worried about some reviews from last year when the business closed but saw that the site was under new ownership, so I decided to phone to check that they were legitimate and spoke to a really helpful man who reassured me everything would be ok.

I needn't have worried - the new sofa arrived the very next day and was even better than I expected it to be. Fabulous service and a great sofa for the price. Thank you :)

Iv been waiting for a replacement to be sent out to me and received nothing as yet. The last couple and months been emailing Mark and was told a replacement has been sent out, still haven't received anything. Iv seen recent reviews saying they have ceased trading, any idea what I do now?

Have paid for a sofa at the end of June, to be now told this company has ceased trading. This is now the second time I’ve ordered online and even though last time it was a different company and an awful experience I don’t think I’ll ever bother again, waiting for refunds constantly is stressful.

I ordered and paid for a sofa bundle set on 2nd July 2019, but forgot to put a delivery date. Therefore, I sent an email on the same day saying I forgot to select a delivery date. I received an automated reply which stated “as you chose the 5* delivery it will be a couple of weeks now as everyone is choosing the 5* delivery probably because its just £9.99:) so I will contact you next week to arrange the day. Kind Regards Mark”

When I checked on their website on 8th July 2019, the message reads as follows:-
Down for Maintenance
08/07/19 - The Sofa King has ceased trading. Please contact your bank or credit card company for details of how to obtain a refund.

I am now so angry because I have to chase my credit card company with regards to refund. This is the first time I have bought furniture (after reading the reviews) online and this will be the last time. What an utter and complete waste of time and money.

Sofa King is an honest and professional service. I am very happy with my sofas and the service provided. Efficient, quick and easy communication.

I have just had my Sofa delivered on time from Sofa King, great quality great service and great price. I spoke to Mark about 3 weeks ago about the Sofa I have just had delivered he was very helpful and polite, following my discussion with Mark I placed my order.I would highly recommend Sofa King.

Mark and Sofa King are well organised, They kept me in the loop regarding delivery etc, I bought the Darling 3 seater sofa, It was delivered today by 2 very helpful and professional guys, Its worth paying the extra £65.00 for taking away the old sofa, The 5* Delivery service is very cheap, The sofa i bought is beautiful i am a very pleased customer and will not hesitate to recommend Sofa King to anyone.
