What a complete waste of space!£30 I would have burnt than send to these scammers.
I will be telling everyone about this fake useless piece of rubbish that genuine customers bought hoping it would a levitate the problem of snoring, myself included!🤬🤬

Do not buy. What a load of crap. Advertising 14 day money back guarantee but only if damaged. Advertising from USA sent from China . Not fit for purpose, 2 sizes to choose from far too small doesn't fit properly at all. One size fits not fit all. What a load of rubbish and out of pocket. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY

Do not buy . They are now telling me the only way to get my money back is if it arrives damaged yet they are advertising a 14 day money back guarantee . They trying to look like they are in the USA but actually China , this company needs to be shut down , ripping people off . Product wont do much either , my dentist told me not to even bother opening it !

The Soothie sell cheap Chinese tat from the USA to the UK, they write returns policies that are not inline with UK law. Their fake reviews on Facebook and on their website mislead customers. They even claim to have a 4 star Trust pilot review...
Marianne in 'customer services' repeatedly sent dismissive emails and didn't address that their returns policy is as flimsy as the snore guard they sent me...

Avoid like the plague!

I have not received the goods I ordered.
There is no way to contact them to chase up the order.

This product is absolutely garbage! Think about it - how can I one size fits all product be perfect for everyone's mouth?!
It doesn't and it is rubbish. In fairness when I complained I got a refund eventually but I would suggest don't bother trying this at all. IMO of course.

This is 100% scam.
The product is utter rubbish and has no chance of working. Don't bother trying to return - their T&C's breach UK and EU consumer law and you won't ever hear from them.

This device is truly awful! A complete scam for a piece of cheap plastic which is so uncomfortable to wear. I paid £30, worth not even a pound, and made in China, probably cost a few pence to make. DO NOT BUY!

AVOID!! Scam. Website claims to be American yet product comes from China. They falsely claim to have 4* trust pilot reviews and offer a money back guarantee. The product came and it is a joke. Miles too big and does nothing, using cheap material. They offer a money back guarantee if not satisfied, yet when you email the they state this is only if the product is damaged on arrival and refusing to refund.

Scam. Wasn’t delivered and customer service is a joke. Replies with jokes instead of refunding money

Poor fit, mouth & teeth ache the next day, the mouth piece causes skin inside the mouth to become puckered. Uncomfortable to wear. Does not eradicate snoring completely.

Awful company . Says my order was delivered . I still havent received it . Getting no response from company when I enquire on an update . Do not buy of this company

Would not let me give a negative review so one it is.
Emailed many time to soothe no reply so that u go past your 14 day return time. Product does not work. Actually makes u snore louder. Shopify has been notified and I hope the get my cash back and take them of their stores.

Scammers.. Website is deceiving.. looks very professional and states "Made in USA".. delivery address is from China..

My experience with this device could not be more different to many people here. I've no idea how it works, but it does. The mouthpiece aligns my jaw at night and makes a huge different to my snoring. Nothing can ever be a miracle cure, but using The Soothie genuinely has an effect. No need for the wife to bail out to the spare room any more.

It's a SCAM! Bait and Switch AND False Advertising. Their website said 14 day guarantee. I asked for a refund because the mouthpiece was garbage. They are saying it's used and therefore, they cannot refund me. How would I know if it was junk if I had not tried it on?

Kids plastic vampire teeth… same thing, they say they are rated good on trust pilot meanwhile trust pilot doesn’t know them🤦‍♀️

I’ve reached out three times via email, because there is no contact number, for a replacement (I bought the lifetime warranty) with no response. This company needs to be shut down for unethical business practices.

EDIT: just got response from them. Here was their response.
