Purhased some PJs after coming across the company when Googling for some new PJs. So glad I found the site - my new PJs are my absolute favourite, they really are just perfect in every way - and I would LOVE it if you started doing some more designs (Medusa PJs would be awesome). Buying clothing (& other cool stuff) online can be such a soul sapping experience. So I was pretty damn happy when I placed a couple of orders with The Spark Company, first for a friend and then for myself. I couldn’t see my chosen item in my preferred colour so I contacted the shopping assistant, expecting an annoying AI bot, thankfully it was a lovely human being who went way beyond my expectations and organised everything with the printing department and then continued to send me updates until my orders had been delivered. On top of that, I just really dig their products and their business model. “Smash the Patriarchy, not the Avocado” as no one said. Ever.

Great quality embroidery on the Lightening bolt black tshirt.
Usually a UK size 14-16, bra size 36E, and the size medium fits me perfectly; not too baggy at all. Delivery to Belgium was quick via Bpost and no extra duty to pay. Will be back for more!

Love the products and the ethos of this brand. Quality and fit are great. Look forward to new designs coming out.

Best customer support I experienced in a long time!
When I had an issue with my initial delivery (not caused by The Spark Company but the delivery service), the customer service was super friendly, helpful and fast. I then had to change a sweater and it was no problem - everything worked out well. I love the products!

Excellent quality sweatshirt, lovely soft material, a great fit, delivered as promised and packed in planet friend packaging; what's not to like?

I spent £240 on Xmas presents, my girls chose your company. I want £60 refund on two items………
Can’t get blood from a stone. I sent the items back 23/12/25 proof of posting by Royal Mail and sent them securely wrapped. They say they can’t find them. I will never ever recommend or use this Company again, so unprofessional. Yesterday they said they couldn’t find my return. I ask ‘how many returns did they have!!’
Today they found it after my review. Amazing. I’d say get your act together Spark ladies.
They take your money quickly, but poor after sales. Beware I have my refund now but…. After kicking off!

Fantastic customer experience and great products. I ordered some stuff from Italy as I enjoyed the sentences. I wore the Equal pay for MRS Santa sweater at my company new year eve and all the women in the room really likes it (my boss not that much). Probably it won't change woman's salary in my company, but that was really funny. Fast shipment and best ever customer service!

This company is amazing, both customer service and product wise. Whenever I have an issue the team is quick to offer alternatives where necessary. The amount of clothes in my wardrobe keeps expanding simply because of how good the quality is as well as the beautiful designs

I paid with visa for a Car Frame and since more than 2 weeks no delivery and no response to my messages on Instagram nor my emails

I ordered these over Christmas and they arrived very quickly. The materials are high quality, super soft and well designed, and the sizing is very generous. Luxurious feel, so I've ordered the black witch pyjamas (in a smaller size).
They wash beautifully. Highly recommended.
