Speedily delivered, well packaged, good quality, good fit, true to size and a fun design. I'm very happy to know that the people making these products are fairly treated.

Ordered a mug, they put the wrong price on the package, this resulted in a higher tax and import fee. I couldn’t pick up the parcel because i would have to pay substantially more in tax than I paid for the mug. I told them, and they send a new mug, but they put the same wrong price on the label. Which was exactly the same problem I had in the first place. I told them again and they argued about general tax laws which don’t apply in Norway. So now I have to wait until next year for a refund (when the packages get sent back). A very sad experience, because the mug was a Christmas gift for my girlfriend.

I have bought quite a few products from Spark over the years. I love their ethos, their business model and the range of products they have. The products themselves are great quality, well made of quality materials and dispatched really quickly. I once had a t shirt that faded a bit after quite a few wearing and washings and when I bought a replacement they sent it for free as there had been a fault with the original. The most recent one I bought was a Christmas T-shirt which got many admiring comments at the work Christmas lunch. Totally recommended!

Last year ordered two tanks for myself and my daughter for Christmas - still love wearing them! So this year got another tank and funny socks! Love the empowerment and positive girl energy! Will continue to be a customer and support a company that supports women and women’s causes!

A breeze to deal with from start to finish, from chuckling over the wit and humour emblazoned across all Spark offerings, to the swift delivery in planet aware packaging. Clearly, the only reason the old social order hasn't crumbled completely is that not enough people are wearing Spark T-shirts!

I love these socks. These socks are fantastic, not only are they super soft and comfortable but they are a warning to everyone around me that I'm volatile A.F.

Happy with my order from The Spark Company. Firstly I'm glad to buy an ethically made product. Secondly, the sweatshirt is so comfy and easy to wear. It looks just like the pictures and the fit is perfect (I'm a UK size 12 and chose Medium). The pale blue colour is very cute and the embroidery is nice and subtle. I haven't washed it yet, so I hope it will still look and feel the same after being washed.

Bought from here a few times, recently a present for a friend's birthday, good experience and delivery and she loved them.

Its become a tradition for me to get something from Spark for my partner for her birthday or Christmas and they're always excellent. Always arrived on time and the quality is great, and they always communicate as well. Best recommendation I suppose is that I keep buying stuff from them!

The cotton in the T-shirts is good quality, the prints are well done, the notebooks are beautiful, and, above all, every purchase supports women in need!

Everything about The Spark Company is excellent. The system of ordering on their website is excellent, even for someone like me! The speed that my order arrived was excellent. But most of all, the goods are excellent. I want to buy one item a month, I have two so far, so a lot to go through.

I love this company! I have several of their t-shirts and they are all great quality and fit really well. Every time I tell myself that I don’t need any more, they bring out another slogan / design that just sums it up perfectly…… I will definitely be back for more!

Placed an order for my 4 grandchildren on the 28th November 2025. Have an order number but no confirmation the order has been received! The payment for the goods taken on the 29th November 2025. It’s now the 6th December 2025 still no confirmation although I have contacted them by email 4 times even email marketing with no reply! Very disappointing!

Perfect like always. I ordered a t-shirt and sweater this time. Fit is just a little big, but so comfy! As always my pleasure ordering my essentials.

**UPDATE**

In fairness to the company they have rectified the issue with regards to refund. Though the website is still slightly misleading at checkout, when contacted the representative Jenny did reach out and did fix the issue. I wish Jenny and the team and Merry Christmas and thank you again for rectifying the situation under busy circumstances.

Bought a t-shirt then just after you’ve paid they have a note saying essentially Free T-shirt click on the button and on the invoice says item shipping and free. It’s not free. They charge for the t-shirt and immediately charge your card without confirmation. Quite misleading to get you to inadvertently pay for something else. Have contacted twice and still no response. Have received both items but want to return the unwanted top and now they won’t respond. Will update if they actually get this fixed but bit of a challenging website.
