Such lovely gin and beautiful bottles, glasses and packaging. I bought myself some and then for gifts as was so happy. There was a chip in one glass (not due to the very secure packaging, more just an imperfection) but customer service and communication was fantastic. Got a reply straight away and a replacement with no fuss within 3 days.

When a mistake was made it was corrected immediately
Really straightforward purchase and the product arrived well packaged and secure. Only thing that could be better is that there is no tracking or notification that the product has been dispatched.
Ordering through the website is fast and efficient and products are dispatched quickly. I love One Gin, my favourite is the Crisp Apple. I've bought a few bottles of the new vodka for friends, but haven't tried it myself yet. Really looking forward to trying it soon.

This gin is incredibly smooth with a great flavor. I listed an old address when I placed my order, and they corrected my mistake with no fuss -- my order even arrived early!
My gin was delivered very promptly. I was excited to try it. It’s delicious. Super tasty, with plenty of juniper and sage. I think it’s my new favourite and they support water charities, so what’s not to love?

Have previously bought One Gin and really enjoy the flavour of their Classic Dry Gin, it is a great premium gin. Their new bottle is beautiful and what a great idea to use as a water carafe once the gin is gone....will look great on any table. Love the ethos behind this brand and will continue to buy for myself and for friends. Was happy to find them again on a stand at Spirit of Christmas Fair 2022.
I ordered the vodka as soon as it was launched. I'm a big fan of the gin, so couldn't wait to try the next thing they did. The flavours are some of the best out there, so happy to pay a premium for them. The fact that they give to charity is also great!
Out of all the gins I've tried, Spirit of One Sage is my absolute favourite. It's very smooth and pairs nicely with fever tree
