We received our custom shirts about a week ago and they are great! They look and feel amazing and the price point was extremely fair! The Sport Shirt is the only place we will be getting our company shirts from moving forward! The staff is super helpful and very responsive!

RUN WHILE YOU CAN TO ANY OTHER VENDOR!!!!!!!
The experience with this company is horrid. Go anywhere else you can. They insist you pay upfront, then they cannot locate your payment, this sets your order back 3 weeks in their "queue". Don't expect a timely shipment and then you are stuck. We could have had a local vendor do a much better job more timely and much more customer friendly. Run don't walk away from this company as an option........

We appreciate the chance to clarify what happened in this case. This was a misunderstanding with a Bill.com payment, the platform the client uses to process payments. The order was left unpaid even thought the payment was sitting in Bill.com waiting for us to create a login and add our banking information to their platform, which we didn't realize.
Once we identified the issue, we immediately moved the order into rush production and ended up shipping it on time. The customer later told us they were very happy with the shirts but couldn’t edit or remove the original review from their end.
We did mishandle the situation early on — our customer service team wasn’t aware of the order when the client first called, and the issue wasn’t escalated to me until after the review was posted. I personally reached out to understand the situation and make it right.
We’re now fully familiar with Bill.com and have improved our internal communication to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We’re a small business that takes every customer experience seriously, and I truly appreciate the opportunity to make things right.
