UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICES AND UNKEPT PROMISES

I contacted SprayWorks for a quotation and was promptly given a price. While I was still gathering quotes from other suppliers, Damien reached out and quickly offered a reduced rate if I could have the work done the next day, as he would be passing through my area. In hindsight, the fact that he dropped the price so easily should have been a red flag. I made the deposit payment.

On the day of the job, after Damien sprayed the window, upon inspection, I noticed marks on the fascia above the window—marks that were not there before. When I pointed them out, Damien attempted to wipe them off. When i pointed out they were still there, he told me not to worry and assured me they would come off with water.

The next day, after trying water and soapy water with no success, I contacted Damien again and asked him to rectify the issue. Instead of addressing the problem, he insisted I pay the remaining balance, even though the job was not completed to my satisfaction.

I pleaded with him to fix the issue, and he promised he would return - even if it meant respraying the fascia to restore it to its original condition. Trusting his word, I paid the balance in good faith, though I had serious reservations, especially as his communication had become increasingly unprofessional.

Since then, Damien has ignored all my messages. I now have a damaged brand-new fascia - installed only eight weeks ago - due to his carelessness during the window spray.

I would not recommend Damien. He is not true to his word, and it's clear he's more interested in making a quick profit than in doing a quality job. I’m extremely disappointed and now face the additional expense of replacing the fascia because of his negligence.

Cow boys

This guy is dishonest and a complete scammer. Said he had scaffolding but then said he didn’t so I would need to pay for that. A few of them turned up and did a job and left quickly while the scaffolding was still up. I asked to sign a tablet to say that they were done for the time being any issues to get in contact. Once the scaffolding came down the paint on my house was abysmal. Paint everywhere. Drain pipes, door canopy, they even walked it through my house! And yes they refused to come back so I had to pay someone to fix the hod awful hatch job. STAY AWAY. Hopefully they go bust.

Had to give this one star

Had to give this one star, at start I asked if they covered my address to which they said yes, I was then asked to send phots of my windows which I did, they asked for deposit which I was a bit apprehensive about doing and they asked for my full address at that point again,
They are now refusing to refund my money saying once deposit is paid there’s no going back, they never mentioned anything about my address then , communication has been diabolical, I am a single parent and feel like I’ve been robbed big time, wouldn’t recommend this company at all as it’s been a stressful time

I wouldn’t give him any stars but I…

I wouldn’t give him any stars but I have no choice.
Before you get involved with this Charleton of a businessman I have to say he is one of the most dishonest person I have come across. Now the paint is coming off the garage door. I told him a month ago and he said he will definitely come and rectify the issue and he would book me in, in June. I’ve been ringing him for the last three weeks and he hasn’t answered. Do not get involved with this dishonest human being. He will get his comeuppance one day.

I would be very aware of this company…

I would be very aware of this company as I had the most awful customer service and paid a £75 deposit for them to come and spray my front door. This company did not turn up on the day that was arranged with no prior notice why this happened. I then asked for my deposit back which they refused to give me. I followed this up with my bank who managed to get my money refunded and put them down as a scam. I had to give them 1 star to write this review but I would not give them any stars. I would not recommend this company.

The Best Car Body Rapair Centre In London

I recently had the pleasure of entrusting my beloved vehicle to Sprayworks, and I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service I received. From start to finish, the entire experience was nothing short of impressive.

First and foremost, the customer service at Sprayworks is unparalleled. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and ensured that all my concerns were addressed with the utmost professionalism. They took the time to explain the repairs needed in a clear and concise manner, making me feel confident in their expertise.

The efficiency and speed with which Sprayworks operates are truly commendable. My car was diagnosed promptly, and the team wasted no time in getting to work. The repairs were completed with precision, and I was kept informed throughout the process. The transparency in their communication fostered a sense of trust that is often hard to come by in the automotive industry.

Moreover, the quality of the work performed on my vehicle exceeded my expectations. It's evident that Sprayworks takes pride in their craftsmanship. My car not only runs like new but also looks it, thanks to the attention to detail they put into every repair.

I was pleasantly surprised by the fair and reasonable pricing at Sprayworks. They provided a detailed estimate upfront, and there were no hidden fees or unexpected charges. The value for the level of service received is outstanding, and I left feeling like I got more than my money's worth.

In conclusion, Sprayworks has undoubtedly earned my trust and loyalty. The combination of superb customer service, efficiency, quality workmanship, and fair pricing makes them stand out in the crowded field of auto repair. I wholeheartedly recommend Sprayworks to anyone in need of top-notch automotive services. They are not just a body work repair shop; they are a true lifesaver for your vehicle.

Door Spray Paint

Spray painted my door, quick to respond to initial quote / contract sent.
Arrived on time for appointment, professional and considerate of my white car that was parked on the drive which they asked me to move in case it got overspray, thankful for this.
Lovely finish, really pleased with the colour, offered a small pot of paint for touch ups if necessary (for an additional cost)
Would recommend.

Not a professional

At first they seemed okay. As we wanted to be helpful, my husband and myself removed the doors from the cabinets that were meant to be spray painted. We were told that there would be a lot of fumes involved, but we’re not made aware that fumes carried paint residue so we could clear the hallway and cover our furniture.

Whilst the spray painting was happening, we were not able to go close because of the fumes. The result was that our whole flat was covered in paint and a lot of our decorations and possessions were completely destroyed.

When we were called for the last time to see the results, I noticed that the cabinet doors had been put back completely wrong. I addressed that and was told that I would be able to fix that myself as soon as the paint was dry.

However, the sprayer had put back my cabinet doors upside down and the bottom part was not sprayed. A lot of over-spraying and plenty of sides of the cabinets that were not sprayed at all. He also caused damages to my bathtub apron and the bathroom heater that should be covered but neglected. He said that he would replace the bathtub apron, but after he got paid in full, went totally silent and obviously we were left to replace all of the damages that him and his girlfriend made.

My advice is best to avoid, he is not professional, he won’t do the job that you’ll pay him to do and will trash your place. Just spend your money on a business that will give you warranty on your project.

If he had reply to our messages and resolved those issues, that review today would have been completely different.
