The Springfield Country Hotel Leisure…

The Springfield Country Hotel Leisure Club and Spa are untrustworthy and unhelpful. They will take money for spa gift voucher bookings but won't honour them if the spa manager changes even if the gift includes use of the spa facilities. The hotel management will ignore your emails and leave the powerless spa staff to respond. They will blame the previous spa manager/business and make no effort to provide a good consumer experience (fix up a problem they were involved with), with the reason being that it is essentially of no benefit to them. Tantamount to theft and little care of customer experience. Seriously avoid.
