I want to say a massive thank you to The Stag and Hen experience. Naomi mainly dealt with our booking, although I also had dealings with Sarah and Steve (all were really lovely to me). It has been extremely difficult with covid but Naomi went above and beyond to help. Every time something had to be changed due to covid restrictions, Naomi was flexible and would rebook activities for us. The hen had to be rebooked twice. She kept me informed the whole way through. I would highly recommend this company and I will be coming back to book future hen do’s in the future. Thank you again!

Naomi was fantastic throughout in organising our stag do. In extremely difficult circumstances due to Covid, she consistently booked, chased and rebooked to make sure we got the stag we wanted. Even with last minute Covid restrictions she managed to rearrange and rescue the stag! Highly recommend, and thank you again Naomi!

After everything that has happened this last few months, the team at stag and hen have been amazing. I’ve moved my stag twice do to the pandemic and they have helped me every step of the way. Like so many others the wedding had to be cancelled until 2021 so the stag party had to also move to 2021, Steve, Naomi, Sarah and the team kept me informed and made sure our bookings were secured for a year, with the happy couple heartbroken after having to postpone their wedding at least this gave them a certain amount of reassurance. In all honesty Covid-19 has screwed us all over, a real sh*it show. BUT Naomi has really shone for our hen group. She has been so friendly and helpful, we've had many queries and nerves settled so we could easy reschedule our hen weekend. Thank you to you all, especially Naomi, you've all been great throughout this really challenging time. Even better to know that you provide bookings for other celebrations too!

Unfortunately our group of 16 had to cancel our weekend in Krawkow. It was so easy to organise the trip as everyone paid their own payments online so i didnt have to look for money from the group which can be so much hassle.We also had a couple of activities booked and transport so didnt have to organise a thing!Naomi was very friendly and extremely helpful and we got our money back very quick when we decided to cancel due to Covid.I will most definitely use this company again.

Unfortunately due to covid 19 the wedding was rearranged until next year, Sarah and naomi were very helpful in assisting us to change our dates until next year, 100% would recommend this company

Unfortunately, like may other people, I had to rearrange a Stag weekend due to C-19. This resulted in a change of dates, not just moving the weekend on 1 year but a radical change in dates, which lead to a change in the number of people who could attend.
Naomi was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. She got our deposit back from the previous accommodation and at very short notice found us a suitable replacement at lower cost.
I'd strongly recommend using this company for your Stag/Hen needs.

Absolutely first class service!! Had already been very well looked after, with tons of flexibility when choosing and fine tuning our stag trip originally set for this summer. Due to the pandemic it has had to be rearranged but this has been super-easy and stress free. Couldn't recommend highly enough, massive thanks!

Like many others, I had to rearrange my best friends hen due to COVID. They’ve been fab from start to finish, advising on certain things that I didn’t know about and offering their own perspective after doing some of the activities themselves. They really know their stuff and are a super friendly bunch! I wouldn’t hesitate to book with the stag and hen again 🥰

We had a hen booked for September this year but unfortunately the bride has moved her wedding to next year due to covid so that meant the hen needed to be moved too, the communication with stag and hen experience has been great and so helpful, every member I’ve spoken to they have been so helpful and so lovely, would just want to say thank you for moving everything and being such a good company we are looking forward to the hen next year! Definitely recommend if booking a hen or stag!!

The Stag & Hen experience have been incredible throughout this pandemic, and also beforehand!
I have spoken with 3 different members of their team and each was as good as the last.
The initial booking was great - it was fun, thorough and accommodated to exactly what we wanted.

Then once the pandemic started they were able to advise us on the best plan of action and were honest about what would/would not be available to us on our Hen (it is in Spain and no guarantees could be made about the activities). A range of options were given to us, from switching it to a UK hen, to moving the dates etc...
They called often to help with the process, but we not pushy, they simply wanted to help.
The changes that were made were put onto our Hen site immediately, (the web page dedicated just to our hen with a full list of details and payments etc...).

Their 'drop out' policy I also think is great, instead of paying the full price of someone who has dropped out, they add £10 pp if the group goes below 10 & £20 pp if the group goes below 9, which I thought was reasonable!

I would definitely recommend them - the range of activities available, the friendliness and competence of the staff and their ability to accommodate you.

My hen do was booked for June 2020 but we’ve had to rebook to next year. The Stag and Hen Do experience made this really easy. They have rung and emailed me regularly to keep me up to date with Covid announcements and new dates. They even fought to keep our overall bill the same which was excellent of them. A great service and so much easier than planning it all yourself!
