So helpful and easy to deal with over the phone.
Unlike a lot of companies that deal with disabled equipment no call out charges and make every effort. The skyline is great for getting a wheel chair up and down stairs. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

As a result of a recent accident, I have been in touch with various companies on mobility and care issues and The Stair Climbing Co are top of my list for the first class service that they have provided. They have been totally customer-focused, very accommodating and understanding of my situation. They have also been generous in the amount of time that they have spent not just on training but also in terms of establishing site-readiness. Great company.

This company were extremely helpful to a patient of mine. They enabled him to continue to live in his first floor flat and continue to use the stairs whilst he remained in his wheelchair. This reduced the risk of injury to him and his family. He was able to attend vital appointments and enjoy some time visiting friends and relatives. The company were very supportive and demonstrated the stair climber in the location it would be used in.

Wonderful bit of kit which allowed my husband to get outside again. On his bucket list was coffee in a cafe and we did it - twice. Fantastic service. Wonderfully patient trainer! Thank you so much.

They are friendly and professional. They are also flexible. The climbers give you another option if you have a relative who is a wheelchair user and needs to go downstairs/upstairs. You do need two people, one of them strong enough to manoeuvre the climber . Steve was very patient and showed us how to use the climber and we practised before we used it on our own. We were a bit nervous at first but everything went well.

Very helpful team and service from start to end. Enabled us to provide a solution for a last minute lift breakdown before a wedding - would recommend.

From start to finish the company were excellent. They were very quick to respond, and very supportive for all my questions. My dad uses a wheelchair and the wedding venue did not have a life for the stairs. The service provided enabled us to have him at the venue. The stair lift operator was on time, was very polite and very helpful throughout. Roisin especially was fantastic during the lead up helping to provide assurance to my dad about the process.

I was recently faced with what I felt was an impossible situation when my daughter was booking a wedding venue with no wheelchair access… I can’t stress enough how the excellent customer service from this company immediately made me feel like anything could be possible. They clearly talked me through what they needed from me regarding photos and measurements of the stairs and entrance and the type of wheelchair already being used. Every step of the way was clearly explained. The conversations were followed up in writing and they also contacted me to check up on progress and offer help and advice. In particular, Becky and Roisin worked together to ensure they were both fully up to speed so that I could get help at any time. I really can’t recommend them enough.

Exceptional service!
We cannot thank you enough for all your help and understanding, helping my disabled husband going back home to the 7th floor, when the lift was broken in our building. We would absolutely recommend your services to our family and friends, or to anyone needing help climbing the stairs. Brilliant service and very kind people, many thanks again!
