I used them for a R2SA property and it didn't work at all!!!! The figures provided by Nabiha were clearly falsified to make it look like a good deal. The property was staged well and their management company tried but the property in general was a massive let down. Property itself had issues with dodgy sockets, leaks etc which is then down to the person renting to take ownership of. It was never suitable for R2SA but they make it look good to get their sourcing fees. It is clear from dealing with Nabiha that all she cares about is her sourcing fee. She does not care about how the property will perform or how accurate her proposed numbers are. I lost a lot of money in this deal and I definitely would not recommend anybody using them to source R2SA properties. Maybe their BTL is a little better run!!!! It is really frustrating that I lost so much money on this investment but they take no responsibility and just take their sourcing fee money and run off.

Do Not Use for R2SA!!! Their deals do not work. They fudge the numbers in their assessment to make it look like a great deal when it's not. The properties they provide are not suitable for R2SA and they don't negotiate with landlords to allow long corporate lets. They will try to keep pushing more & more deals on you whilst ignoring the problems you might be having with the first one. How they can have a clear conscience charging a £3500 sourcing fee is a disgrace. I will never ever use them again or recommend them to anyone unless you want to lose money on a 'deal'. Absolute money grabbers.

It’s fair to say that actual set up of the sourced SA was efficient -however the deal did not work out .Having given it a full 12 months their forecasted nightly rates were not achievable from their sourced property for various reasons-so always do your own due diligence .
In the end I had to hand the property back to the landlord and lost a considerable amount of money on this venture .
