First of all, my name is Barbara Berger. Lillianne Montague was the recipient of a gift I sent a while ago.
My main issue is that the gift I sent to my brother-in-law arrived damaged. After trying to speak with someone in Customer Service we were ere told to send an email. Your AI Bot responded and asked for photos of the defect, which we sent.
My brother-in-law has not received the replacement yet and I don’t know what your delay is all about.
So far, I give you zero stars. Please ship the replacement bracelet ASAP.

Beautiful bracelet for men and women
This is the third bracelet I have ordered for my teen son. He lost his four year old brother a few years ago and asked for this bracelet with "For Connor" engraved in it and wore it day and night until it eventually got stretched out and fell off. He lost the second one on the baseball field so I bought him another one for an Easter surprise. I know he'll love it.

The ordering process was easy. I have ordered from The Steel Shop on 3 occasions and am impressed with the quality of most of the items. The ones with the +1 extension sizing usually size on the smaller size and knowing that, I order accordingly. I wear my bracelets daily and there has been no wearing off of the gun metal coloured ones. I have no experience with the rings so cannot comment on those. I have ordered a bracelet with engraving with the image in text on the order screen and what was on the bracelet being a near match. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

When the original order experienced a manufacturing defect within a month after the order, a replacement product was quickly shipped. That replacement is still going strong. (As a medic alert bracelet, I will be trying to wear this bracelet continually for some time - I need it to be rock solid, and so far, so good.)
