very good customer service. I was given all information required which helped me made the right decision while setting up my school lab.
Stempedia is very flexible as well. They tried to fit in my budget so that I can start working as soon as possible.
The products also are of very good quality. i received them in very good condition. very well packed and labelled.
It's very exciting to work with your products as it has been very well designed for kids. Easy to handle. Projects are very relevant to the fast evolving digital era..

I bought Quarky Ultimate robot kit for my daughter from Amazon and it came with a battery leak.

The stempedia guys promptly replaced it.

They really go out of the way to help you get the most out of your kit and solve each and every doubt.

I had got stuck with Arduino kit programming with Pictoblox and mr Farman helped me out through a zoom call in troubleshooting.

I am really happy with the post-sale support , which is a rarity these days.
