I was approached by Sterling Choice a few months ago, whilst I told them I wasn't looking to change jobs, I gave a few details and said I'd keep an open mind.
The rep got back in touch a few weeks later with a job that met all the requirements I gave. I said no.... I still wasn't looking for a new job.

Then I started to think about it and consider my options, I messaged back a week later seeing if the job was still available. I had an interview booked later that week and throughout the whole process they have kept in touch, offered advice and been supportive.

So from someone who was happy at work and not looking for something new, I'm now starting a new job in the next couple of months...... Brilliant service

I had been in the market for a couple of months, and Adam contacted me on the back of an application I made. Very prompt, straightforward approach to briefing what the client required, and understanding my situation. When I spoke to the client, Adams brief had been spot on, with no surprises. All managed professionally, but with a nice personal touch. Also followed up after a couple of weeks to see how things were going. Highly recommend Adam.

HEAD OF NPD role
I worked with James from TSC as soon as I decided it was time to look for another role. Firstly, he challenged me to understand why I had come to this decision and what key factors would he need to ensure a new role had to satisfy these current role issues/frustrations. We had a lot of discussion over a period of days and weeks on business culture, flexible working, target companies I would like to consider and salary expectations. He gave me time to reflect whilst he started some searches on businesses which fitted my expectations. All along James was good at checking in and recognising this was a big change (I had been at my current business for just over 15 years!). Once we got into discussion with potential new employers he supported me through interview preparation and personality profiling which was great, given it had been a wile since I'd done anything like this. When I received my offer he was genuinely as pleased as I was and helped ensure communication around my start date was clear and timely. Throughput my notice period and in my first few weeks James has kept in touch and made sure things were going as planned. I would definitely recommend The Sterling Choice if you are ready for a role change.

I cannot rate Sterling highly enough! I have worked with James and Lukas on a number of occasions and as client looking to be placed they try and understand your requirements and personality so they know the kind of companies that will be the perfect fit. On a personal level they are easy to work with, talk to and are honest in any feedback given. And they always follow up and come back to you which I have found is not often the case with others! I would highly recommend to any candidate looking for a role or businesses that need to fill a role.

The recruiter I dealt with was very helpful and friendly. Each stage of the process was dealt with professionally through from the initial opportunity for a new position until being offered the position. There was no pressure which was great as moving into a new job can be a stressful time in itself.

There’s a lot of recruitment agencies on the market now, all promising to find you a great role. Most you never hear back from after you have registered with them!
