Wasn’t told that they were closed on Wednesdays and I came from Hammond loaded with containers. I wasn’t told to could do paperwork on line either. Problem resolved and now have container.
Ease of onboarding process. The storage center on-site staff were quick to identify needs and offer options in less than 5 minutes. Super helpful and almost too easy!

Great, secure location
Was moving from a small unit to a larger one and they made it so easy. Employees were very friendly and the price for my larger unit was unbelievable!! It’s a great location and easy to access.

Guys please take your business somewhere else I've had storage with these people for sometime now my storage was vandalized and things stolen mind you I pay insurance and all well needless to say they refused to pay me anything because whoever did it went through the top opening of the storage and there's no cameras the guy said oh happens more often then you think so we are just screwed out of our belongings now

Helpful employees & safe location
Employees were very helpful. The facilities are nice, well-lit, and safe, which is a big plus for me. It is easy to get in contact with the staff, and the hours are great. All in all, a great facility.
