I am unhappy that the leak occurred and I lost valuable items. I would think that the Storage Center should consider a 24 hr. hotline. I appreciated the staff today and the ability to work thru the issues.

Mrs D at the Capital Court units was amazing! Very helpful and pleasant. She made this very easy for me being that this is my first time ever having to rent a storage unit. The place is very clean and safe.I recommend storage center on capital Court to everyone.

I specifically told the lady on the…
I specifically told the lady on the phone that I didn't want to start the rental until Friday and she processed it today which is Tuesday.
Her goal was to rent the unit today and obtain 3 extra days of rent from me.
I requested for someone to call me back asap or I would like to cancel the rental completely.
