They were knowledgeable about the Storage CTR. Explained it in full detail from the key panel to what not to bring ex. (food). To the time to start 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM. He went the extra mile to take or escort me to the actual storage to view the size & familiarize myself with where it is. It’s plenty of space. Please keep him around. Leslie did a great job! Had to transfer my account to another unit due to a leak. She was very nice and professional. Everything went smooth! I even reserved another unit!

Friendly service and a convenient location

The worse! i never experienced such mistreatment just to pay for a storge! i came up there with my mother card was denied a storage just for payment, which it should never matter whos paying my storage! i came bck to access the gate after getting assistance from customer service and the white older lady told me i couldnt be on the property and will terminate my lease because im associated with former tenant that owe them money , which i found very displeasing because i have nothing to do with no one previous situation and was just being awfully ugly! i never been treated like this for no reason just to pay 49.99 storage
