Lou and Tina are Amazing. Professional and informative

The process online was easy and fast.

Mrs. Lou took great care of me.

Was advised by one of the lovely ladies that work the front desk that I should switch to a smaller unit since I didn’t have as much stuff to store as I thought. She made the process of switching super easy. She also was very nice and made sure I knew that if I needed anything to just let her know. Also, the units are nice and clean. They have elevator access and carts available to use.

They were very helpful.

Lou was very friendly, helpful and professional.
She showed us around and made sure our codes worked. The facility is very clean. I have never seen a storage facility this clean. The security is first class. I like the idea that you can only access the floor that your unit is on.

Lou and Tina are awesome to work with and great internet rate

Ladies on duty were very polite and I enjoyed my conversation with them.

D0 NOT STORE HERE

I had my entire life stored in a large climate controlled unit for almost 2 years. I sold my house and moved in with my son and recently bought a place. I had professional movers move my items and wrap my sofas, chairs, barstools. All boxes were sealed. I go to start moving and noticed holes in the heavy plastic.upon further inspection rats had chewed holes and defecated and urinated on all my furniture chewed it pulled the stuffing out and it was just disgusting. Read the paperwork you sign. Insurance doesn't cover anything. For all that damage insurance only pays up to $500. I asked the owners to let me use another storage building to store things as I go through and clean them and was refused. All that money you pay per month is not worth it.

Mrs. Lou was the best today when I went in and checked on my unit. She also helped me get my second unit closer to the first one I had. She even gave me a map to show me where they was because I’ve never been there in so long. Thanks a lot Mrs. Lou!!!!!

I would absolutely recommend the Storage Center in Denham Springs.
Tina and Ms. Lou are always so helpful, very polite, and quick to assist you with any needs you may have. The facility is always clean, inside and out. The carts are always in the proper location so that you can move your things in and out with ease. Best storage place I have ever used by far!

Ms. Lou Boyd was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. She guided me every step of the way and showed great patience as I took time to make my decision on selecting my unit. I truly appreciate her professionalism and support.

The assistant that helped me book a unit was super helpful! Loved speaking with her and she helped me get exactly what I needed.

The fact that Ms Lou and Ms Tina were so accommodating and helpful. Is making our experience easy to navigate.

I’m giving 3 out of 5 stars. The facility is clean and the staff was friendly at arrival, which I appreciated. However, during move-in, I received several phone calls and a visit from staff about elevator use and item placement. While I understand the need for rules, it felt a bit excessive and stressful in the middle of unloading a full two-bedroom apartment.

If policies around elevator use and traffic flow are strict, they should be clearly communicated before move-in—especially for larger units. A little more flexibility and consideration during the initial move would have made this a much smoother experience.

Easy and fast. Was done within 10 minutes

I got the highest rental price for the month so that I could access my unit the most times a month but when I tried to go in at 3:30am and doors wouldn't open saying to see manager..so hopefully there's something to help me out with this issue..thank you.John murtes

Yall transferred me to a whole nother storage without contacting me.
