Elizabeth was polite
Elizabeth was polite, knowledgeable, and quite helpful. This could have been 5 stars except that we had to wait a bit for her to come back from lunch and there were issues with the computer that caused her to redo some of the information. I would say that the experience was a solid 4.5 stars.
