My son ordered a Fleece sweatshirt, It took forever to arrive and when we received it it was not fleece it was a shiny slippery type of polyester fabric. The quality was terrible there was writing on the hood that was misaligned at the seams with an extra half of a letter. I emailed three times so far to return and no response to any email. This is obviously a scam website dealing crap. Do not order from them zero customer service very disappointed.

Absolutely terrible, the sweater i recieved was so shitty. Tried to send it back, owner would not respond, then after two weeks of texting them everyday they said that the item can't be returned because it was on "sale", while everything is always on sale. Don'1 buy, 0/10

SCAMMERS!!!!! Bought a pair of trainers from The Street Sense. We spent £60! Took a month to come. Really cheap a nasty shoes. Emailed several times to return them and get a refund and guess what, no responds. They don’t email back as this company is a scam!!!

As other responses; my son wanted 2 hoodies. They did arrive but the quality is awful. Their returns policy says you have 2 weeks to initiate the return but surprise surprise, no one is returning my emails.
I’ve never written one of these reviews but want to share that you should not waste your money on these clothes. They are cheap, poor quality and you’ll not get your money back

Terrible customer services! My son has been trying to return some clothes due to the terrible quality and weird sizing. No phone number and they do not reply to emails requesting to return items. They give a window of 2 weeks to return items but you have to contact them to 'initiate the returns process' - then they don't reply. I urge you NOT to use this company.

Appalling. I ordered the hoodie my grandson told me he wanted from this company on 5 April. It took ages to arrive, and the material was awful - sort of slippery. I had a reply to my 1st email to Customer Services - no refund! Apparently it was in their sale. It was not obvious to me or the 13-year old. More emails requesting an exchange/credit note instead - all UNANSWERED, last one on 23 April. No telephone. DO NOT USE THIS USELESS COMPANY.

Item delivered very late, with no updates volunteered by thestreetsenses.com at all.
Item received not as expected (fabric quality and fit).
No responses from customer services to e-mails or chatbot.
Requested refund - zero acknowledgement or reply.
No phone numbers available to call.
Absolutely awful service - beware.
