I've been waiting for a year now and should I still be waiting? 1 STAR DO NOT BUY! p.s. I've been trying to contact them but won't respnd and the only they did respond they said it's coming but its delayed DELAYED?? For a year REALLY?! SCAM SCAM SCAM. I wish I could do 0 star 72 bucks that my grandma used for a Christmas present that never came I HATE that the company is getting away wiith these scams.

Hi so stress shot idk if I trust it I ordered it 15th of Feb 2026 and it’s now 25th of feb 2026 Isk if it is still on the way but my order number doesnt come up when I try to track my order number is #1033 and it might not be coming I hope it does I’m reling on you

The product I ordered didn’t even arrive and when I emailed them about it the email wouldn’t send as the email address on their website apparently doesn’t exist

Worst company in the world. Openly scamming people. Will pretend to send you a product, string you along until you cant do a charge back. Straight up will block your email when you ask why they have delayed in sending, the moment that charge backs cant be done.

I place an order in May this year (2025) we nearly in September now and have still not received my order.
The email address does not work so you cannot contact them. AVOID they are scam merchants.

I would give Zero stars if I could. I have waited 6 months and still no toy guns I ordered. They cost £60! My son who is aged 10 saved all his pocket money up to buy them. Really disgusting behaviour, clearly scam place. Everytime I've emailed or attempted to phone I get the same response, 'they are on there way but have been delayed' Very Very Bad! Needs banning and reporting. I can't believe companies can get away with this!

Ordered 2 guns half a year ago. Still nothing. They say that they cant give me a refund cuz they already shipped it.

MORE NEWS on DON'T BUY. Stress shot's support email or general email is now bouncing back emails you send. Should you buy from these people? Absolutely NOT. That's a child's saving taken by an unscuplious individual.

More for you to think about, if you want your money back from the bank, there is a cut off date. I made my order in March, I contacted my bank and I am passed my time to retrieve my money back. Because the purchase is is under £100, it can't be taken further either. The emails of 'its been looked at' from Stress Shot keep you hanging on, then it's too late for the bank to help.

WARNING: Do not waste your money here. You will likely never receive your order or a refund. I placed an order with thestressshot.com in July 2024 and never received the goods. It’s now August 2025 – over a year later ! and nothing has arrived. I contacted them multiple times, and they gave vague responses.

To make matters worse, the “support” email they list does not even work – messages bounce back as undeliverable. This is a SCAM!

Joke of a company. placed an order 26/2/25 and still no items nearlt 6 months later! tried numerous times for a refund but kept getting the same automated response saying as the items are in transit a refund cannot be processed. finally got through to Cristene who says she has escalated it and waiting for a response from the "refund team" over 2 weeks later and i am having to chase up still. avoid these scammers at all cost!

update* support email address now seems to no longer exist so cant even contact the company!

Total scam. Ordered on 4/21/25 and as of today 7/31/25 we have not received our order. The company kept saying it was due to delays in shipping and would be arriving soon.They even said at one point they were attempting to deliver but could never provide a tracking number. Somebody could have walked/swam it here by now.

Been three months since ordering, haven't seen anything yet. Mail conversations lead to nowhere.

Order cannot be canceled.. dodge this company while you can.

The delivery is awful. I have waited 3 months so far and still not received my products. I have emailed 2x and both they say it is on the way, with no time frame or updated delivery date. Awful service will not be buying from them again.

I had to give a star so write review otherwise would be a zero DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY Bought 3 guns on 8 March I still have not got them 4 months later I just get same email re plain we are trying to locate your order and when asked after 3 months for a refund surprise surprise I have not had that either this is a fraud money stealing company you will waste your money will not get your order or refund
