Due to the COVID-19 situation my bag didn’t arrive on time. I contacted someone from the business who got back to me quickly. They assured me that the item would come soon and that it was due to the delays within Royal Mail which is why my parcel didn’t arrive. As expected I became quite annoyed as it had been weeks and no parcel. I once again contacted them and was refunded the amount I paid in full. The item arrived a couple weeks after I received the refund. It was in fact some delays within Royal Mail. The bag came in good shape, was very cute and just as described in the picture. Definitely recommend if you want cute bags to go with your outfits.

Item received didn’t look like one in picture and was of much poorer quality! Returned for a refund about a month ago and still received nothing! Ignored all my emails
