Highly Recommended

I had a fantastic experience with The Suit Group from start to finish. I chose them to create bespoke wedding suits for myself and my groomsmen, and they exceeded all expectations. From the very first meeting, there was no pressure. Just a friendly, insightful conversation about my vision for the suits and their support with what materials would best suit the season, location, and style of the wedding.

For the fitting, Kasey went above and beyond, coming personally to my home to measure each member of the grooms party at a time that worked for all of us due to our busy schedules. This level of flexibility and dedication was exceptional.
Throughout the process, nothing was too much trouble, and every question or request was met with genuine care and expertise.

The results spoke for themselves, the suits fit perfectly, felt luxurious, and had those personal touches that make bespoke tailoring so worthwhile. I would wholeheartedly recommend The Suit Group to anyone considering a custom-made suit. The quality, attention to detail, and personal service where second to none.

From the minute i connected with TSG…

From the minute i connected with TSG team. Kasey was a big help. We went over all my requirements for the upcoming big day. My groomsmen's and I had a great experience every step of the way. 100% will recommend TSG if you are looking to get married and need to get the suits sorted. It was the attention to detail did it for us. Thank you guys.

2nd time disaster

I encountered some challenges with the service I received. Despite paying a deposit two months prior, I had not been properly measured for my suit. I had used the company once before and had a much better experience, which led me to wonder if perhaps my relatively modest £500 order did not receive the attention it deserved. I received various excuses and minimal effort was made to schedule a proper measurement, with the suggestion of estimating the size based on a photo of my old suit, which did not meet my expectations for a "bespoke" service. When I requested a refund, I was informed that the material for the suit had already been ordered, so I reluctantly agreed to forfeit the deposit. This experience left me feeling quite disheartened, and I have decided not to use their services again. I acknowledge that others may have had positive experiences, but unfortunately, my repeated encounter with the company was not satisfactory.

Adam let me confirm some facts here.

Back in March you wanted 4 suits which we gave you a great deal on.
I spent nearly 2 hours designing these suits for you and gave you our bank account details to transfer the 50% deposit = £1000.
You then ghosted me for the weekend after I made you aware we hadn’t received your deposit and on Monday messaged me saying that you’d do it that night.
Alas Monday evening and no deposit was made.
Weeks later you then said you only wanted one suit not 4.
No worries, I said it would be £600 and asked you to transfer the £300 deposit. Again we didn’t receive it so I left it.
Weeks later again In May you said you wanted a suit in a fabric that we would have to source in less than 7 days. I told you we wouldn’t be able to do it as it’s not a fabric we stock but I can source it for you. Which I did and then said to you it would be a £250 deposit which you still didn’t send.
At this point I thought if it’s an issue with finances let me try and help you and stagger the payments. I said if you transfer £100 we can order the fabric, then when we meet to take your measurements you’d pay £150 and when the suits completed you’d pay £250.
A week later your £100 deposit arrived and I thanked you for this. I gave you times when our Manchester Travelling Designer could come and see you. You said you aren’t available for a whole week as you were travelling for work and gave me be cities you were in.
I checked with all of our team if anyone would be able to travel to you. Only 1 day was there a possibility to meet in Brighton. I asked you for the address and you didn’t give it to me.
I let you know that we have the fabric ready to make your suit.
I said go into our shop when you’re passing through London as you travel so much and gave you our address so we could take your measurements. You’ve never been in.
You then came back to me on a message and asked for a refund. I told you we had used your £100 to buy the fabric and they don’t accept refunds so we wouldn’t refund the money but I will personally come and see you when I am back in Manchester to get your suit sorted.
Now weeks on youve left us a review.
I messaged you privately and you used chat gpt to form your reply.

You wasted my team’s and my time. If you hadn’t of had suits from us previously, I would’ve stopped contact with you from when you wasted my time the first time in March but because of the relationship I have with your old business partner, I gave you the benefit…

Very Good…

Kasey made me a linen suit and I cannot believe the quality!
Super happy with my result. His turn over is super fast and incredibly high quality.
He measured my suit to perfection.
I had so much choice in terms of materials, patterns, lining and buttons.
Very very happy with the service from The Suit Group.

To my surprise Kasey even added some very sweet wording in embroidery into my suit.

Thank-you again! I will be passing the word on to other people to purchase from TSG.

Best in the game

Had a suit made with The Suit Group. Kasey was so accommodating for my needs when it came to fittings and style of suits. I have never been given so much choice of patterns, fabrics and colours.
Fits perfectly and it’s a suit I will cherish for life. Thankyou !
I would 1000% recommend getting in touch for your bespoke suit.
Very happy customer.

Thanks for your review Jeremy. Real shame that you’re unhappy with your suit but all of our tailors and myself have never in our 6 years heard of feedback on your suit that you describe as “hard”.

Just to clarify, we met you at your office, made your 3pc linen suit and linen shirt that you got in a sale for £450 within 4 weeks, you wanted the lining removed which we removed for £130 and hand delivered your suit to you again to your other office.

A great fitting suit, you look great in it but still quite confused by your feedback. But nevertheless, you can’t win them all.

Strangely enough You’ve referred someone to us who has taken 2 suits from us and hasn’t paid us in full?? Is this how you operate? We are chasing the payment for over 6 months now.

Top quality suits

Kasey is a an expert in his field when it comes to helping me get a new suit.

A complete professional, even at busy periods of the year I am kept up to date on ready dates of my suits.

The quality and craft of the suits are of a very high standard, as someone who only purchases high quality long lasting clothing I feel very confident when buying from Kasey. I have purchased multiple suits over 3 years and I cannot report a single fray on the fabric

Also, I’m fairly leaner in summer months so any required alterations due to change in my body type are done quickly

No communication

No communication, no suit. Trying to get hold of anyone at the suit group is proving near impossible. Nobody answers the phone or messages. 4 days before a wedding and no suit, no explanation and not even a call back.

Update (31/01/23)

The ‘lead party did not accept anything in my behalf. I have messages to prove this. We still have not been told when this suit, if at all, will be ready. The suit was personalised with the date of the wedding on so is now completely irrelevant. I have multiple transcriptions of communication (or lack of). I was told the refund wouldn’t happen as I’d left this review. Again with messages to prove.
Totally unprofessional approach to business.

Not just that, you asked for the screenshots of this last week which I sent you to show you that we have kept you updated along the way.

Completely understand the frustration and stress caused by your suit not being ready in time which is why when our tailor left 2-3 weeks ago, we updated your party lead and offered you to not pay the second 50% Balance payment once we had completed your suits - which your party lead agreed to.

Abysmal communication

Abysmal communication, empty promises and lies

Brief timeline:
- Oct, 5. measures taken, deposit paid. ETA was 3-6 weeks
- Oct, 25. Contacted to get a more precise ETA. Few days later, got a response "some ready, finishing up this week".
- Nov, 16. Contacted again. No response
- Nov, 22. Contacted again. Responded on Nov, 25 saying thay there was a tragic event. Understandable, no rush
- Nov, 30. Got contacted. One shirt left to be made. Finishing up this week (sounds familiar?). And one extra free of charge, how nice
- Dec, 8. Contacted for ETA. No response.
- Dec, 16. Asked for refund.
- Dec, 29. Got a response: "the shirts are ready. Do you want them or the money back?". "Thanks but no thanks, money back". No response
- Jan, 11. "Hello??"

The time wasn't even the issue. It's the amount of lies and complete absence of feedback. It's simply disrespectful and I feel like I've been spat on.

I was trying to be patient and understanding but I don't appreciate being treated like garbage and lied to

We have spoken personally since you've left this review but for the sake of clarity I will explain what you review details.

Ciara messaged you on Instagram to explain the delay in your shirts. Our Tailor unfortunately passed away to which you you said no rush. Hiring a tailor is very difficult, especially a good tailor! We closed the business for Christmas/ New Year early to work on hiring staff and sort out internal issues which we had posted on Instagram which you saw - not your problems but again for the sake of this review I've explained.

We haven't ever lied to you, we've kept you informed with progressions of your shirts being made and offered you your shirts without having to pay the second 50% or the refund.
Apologies for the poor experience you've received - this is not what I started the business for or how I imagined yours or anyone's experience of TSG to go.

Terrible experience.

Booked an appointment via their website which was pretty straight forward to be fair.

On 31st MAY 2022. I had appointment booked.
I was met at my home by
K who I believe is the director of the company.
He came across initially as a very clean cut young man very well dressed, as you would expect from a director for a suit company.
The appointment went well. I gave him a deposit for two suits three tailored shirts.

I told him I required for my sister's wedding which was approximately 2 months from that date. He ensured me that he would have it ready in time. Plus he will return once before for a fitting.
As quoted on the website the company claim

"Within 3 weeks your suit will have been made. We will arrange a fitting appointment with you and if any alterations are needed once you try your suit on, they will be carried out by our tailors in the next few days from the final fitting appointment."

A whole month had without me getting any sort of notifications from him.

On the 2nd of July a message him asking him for an ETA as it had been over 4 weeks now.

He did respond. Told me that everything should be ready for this week and he will send me a photo of the the suits that he had made. An apologize for any delays.

On the 12th of July contacted him again as a week had passed and I had no ETA or notification.

He replied and told me that they've had issues with their fabric supplier and had delayed them quite significantly. And ensured me and try to do the best he can and have them ready for the following week.

With that being said,I decided to get a suit from a Suit supply as I felt that he wouldn't have my suits ready in time for my sister's wedding.

On the 20th of July contacted him again What the situation is on my suits.
He replied saying unfortunately that they haven't solved the supplier issues I need to do the best he can to have it for the following week.


On the 7th of August I reached out to him again on what the situation is and if he would have anything ready for me, even just the shirts. As I had a upcoming event of four will be good too to get some of the products I paid for.

He did reply saying hopefully he will have it by the 29th August he'll have them ready for me as they had resolved the supply issues for the fabrics.

On the 24th of August messaged him after him if there will be ready for the 29th. He did not respond.

On the 5th of September I messaged him again requesting a refund as it had been over 3 months and I hadn't received anything and wasn't looking like I was going to.
This time he did respond saying they've had a backlog of people requesting for refunds due to the supply issues.

He said that he can process the refund through for me the.
I told them that was great. Just a shame I couldn't get the suits as they were quite unique.
He responded by saying and I quote
" you would have them in 3 weeks 1000%".

December 16th I haven't received anything from him as of yet. I messaged him asking him that what happened to you 1,000% guarantee.
He claimed that they've been posted out to me and I should have received them, but I've got absolutely nothing.
No suits, no refunds. Just the overall bad experience a 7-month saga which is just left me out of pocket.

Overall is just a shame. I ended up getting another from suit supply and recommend them if need a suit. If you do need a suit for an occasion promptly.

It's unfortunate. I did hope that I have a good business relationship with the suit group, and was happy initially to invest in a small up and coming business and support local businesses rather than going to the retail Giants but he hasn't delivered.
Don't look like I'm going to get my money back anytime soon or my suits or my shirts.

You’re completely right to have left this review and I can only apologise for the frustration caused to you this year.

As mentioned in my messages to you a couple of weeks ago, we sent out your suits to an address that I believe is your brother in laws that was sent on 20th September?

I also don’t have your message from 24th August but everything is there in our WhatsApp chat.

The problem faced was our supplier went bust after us paying all deposits for 25 suits to be made. We had a number of clients requests refunds due to the delay (completely in their right to do so) and some that were happy to wait.

As you know our payment process is a 50% deposit and 50% on delivery. If all clients requested their refunds, we would no longer be in business as we use the deposits to put for fabric, labour and delivery.

As you can refer back to our conversation, I said that we would not charge you the second 50% due to the lengthy delay.

I personally have learned very hard lessons of why CRMs and keeping track of every little detail is so important.

Again, we are working with Royal Mail to understand where the delivery is as it was sent recorded, so someone MUST have your suits.

If we do not have a resolution by the end of January, we will refund you the total amount paid because I do not want you feeling out of pocket due to my business.

That is not what I started the business for. We make great suits and have 100+ Clients who have all had their suits delivered over the past 2-3 months now happily wearing them as you can see from our Instagram.

Please check with your Brother in law if the parcel was collected there.

I booked a suit design meeting with the company on the 06/05/2022 for the 14/05/2022. Then they didn't actually bother showing up and I have to date had no email, phone call explanation why they didn't show up. Really not impressed as I had heard such great things and was looking forward to using this company for my wedding suits, but I will now be forced to go elsewhere.

I had bought a suit on 2 occasions with this company. The second one had the wrong lining so by way of compensation K agreed to provide a shirt. That was 3 months ago. I have rung 20+ times, left several text and written on the customer contact line. About a month ago K promised delivery of the shirt but nothing has materialised. I have never had a response to any of my phone calls. The company should have the decency to respond.

Thanks for your review! I thought that I’d reply to clear up any confusion from your review.

When we designed your second suit, you wanted a pink paisley lining which is code 4721-1 and the code that we input was 4721 being the light blue paisley above the pink paisley in the lining book. Although you said and I quote “I actually like this lining”, it was our mistake, so, a free pink shirt was offered to you which you accepted.

Your free pink shirt was ready within 3 weeks but, I, for the first time in 4 years, took a 2 week holiday and upon my return, found that your shirt had a small mark on it that defected the shirt. We then ordered the material again to remake your free pink shirt, which was due to be delivered to us within a week or so of this. I now know that my mistake was not letting you know of the defect at that point which I apologise for. I’ll explain more of what happened below.

About a week after we had ordered the material, I was in a meeting in which I always have my phone on silent and set to not vibrate, simply because I don’t like that old chestnut of, “I’m in a meeting I’ll call you right back” to be left out to dry like guys in women’s dms having conversations with themselves, but, I left the meeting to find I had 20 missed calls from you in the 45 minutes I was in there.

Now, I broke up with my ex girlfriend who called me 13 times in a row on a night out with the lads, but, I guess I was giving her a little bit less than a free pink shirt so, 20 calls in 45 minutes must be justifiable, right?

I then let you know of the defected shirt, sent you a photo of the defected shirt and the small mark as well as saying that you could have this pink shirt as well as the new pink shirt that we were making for you, free of charge once again to which you replied “it doesn’t even look pink.”

So for apparently not returning your calls or messages in 3 months, I think there’s been quite a bit of contact between us in this time and as you even said, you returned to us for a second suit but the 1 star is for a free pink shirt that hasn’t arrived.

1 star review or not, contact or no contact, 2 suits or no suits, 2 pink shirts are ready for you to collect from our London office.

The best suit you will ever wear!

A massive thank you to Kasey and the team at TSG! Amazing quality and looking suit. I've been after a suit from Kasey for a while and believe me, it's worth the wait! The fit couldn't be any better and is a token to his attention to detail. He's energy and enthusiasm is contagious and I recommend him to anyone looking for a professional suit.

TSG to the MOON!

I am a repeat customer of The Suit Group, Kasey is a perfectionist and will work relentlessly to make sure the suit you chose to design comes to fruition as flawlessly as possible.

The quality is better than anything you will find online or on the highstreets, I will never go back to buying suits from anywhere else again.

From start to finish the communication

From start to finish the communication, hard work and dedication has been unreal! Produced me a shirt and trousers and tie on a tight deadline for a funeral and went above and beyond to ensure it was all perfect and ready! I will 10000% be getting more suits and shirts made from The Suit Group!

Literally can’t not rate this company…

Literally can’t not rate this company enough not only have they done a excellent job and quality job on my suit for my nans funeral on such a short notice. They have mad me feel like a proud man for such a special day. I will always recommend these guys are any suit and they will forever have my custom! Thank you for all your efforts THE SUIT GROUP.

Bespoke service and quality

Service + Quality
Went to Kasey requesting to get two suits made for me. I wasn't disappointed from start of the process to the finish and Kasey ensured that I received a real bespoke experience throughout.

If you want a fully top quality, fully bespoke suit without the astonishing price tag, then The Suit Group is the place to go!

The process with Kasey at The Suit…

The process with Kasey at The Suit Group was one of the best customer experiences that I have received. From the very first contact Kasey was professional and passionate about the product he was creating for me and design of the suit matched perfectly with my expectations. Even during the COVID-19 crisis Kasey kept me in regular contact and offered a free shirt due to the delays in sourcing the materials which shows you the type of business man he is. I will certainly be using him again and would happily give him 5* review.

Top Quality Service

I had an extremely top service from the Suit Group. A special thanks to Kasey Alexander for his services. Kasey came to our office for a personal fitting and was able to deliver the suit personally to my Residence. The quality of the suit is solid and powerful. I have decided that I will be getting my next suit from The Suit Group and will be in the future for sure.

The suit is insane quality and fits so well! Kelsey is clearly very passionate about his business and definitely an expert in the field. The price for what you get is amazing as well. Honestly couldn’t recommend more, will definitely be using them again!
