Knee pain has disappeared!
I lost my cruciate ligament 30 years ago playing football and have had numerous problems with meniscus tears throughout the years. I am a painter and decorater by trade and am constantly up and down ladders and kneeling down to do my job which causes me a lot of pain at times. It got to a point of, do I go for a knee op or do I try some supplements to keep me going for a while longer. So, I tried Swallow pro glucosamine blend for 3 months.My knee aches and pains have disappeared. I must admit I also take Turmeric every day as well and they are both really helping. I feel so much better without the pain in my knee and would thoroughly recommend them.
