I ordered and paid for a $300 silk top back in April. It never arrived before our holiday so I emailed and asked them to hold until August when we would be back home.They agreed to this. It’s now August - they are not returning emails, and no sign of my expensive top. Happy to remove this review if they ( a) refund my money or (b) send my top.
Longtime customer, followed all care instructions after 2 wears there were faded patches . Contacted store sent photos, sent more photos. Was given generated response that return times had closed. Tried to explain it was not a return due to wrong size etc but an $400 unacceptable garment that should last years. Generated responses from then on made me feel like they were calling me a liar and trying to scam them. Will not shop there again and others suggest others shouldn’t waste their money either.

I purchased 2 shirts. They were ill fitting. Too small and not correct based on sizing. The returns process was extremely difficult so I just kept them. Since that time I have been spammed on email and by text message countless times a day. I have emailed the company over and over and over again and they have not disconnected me from sales emails. It is absolutely infuriating. I am at a loss as to what to do. Of course zero way to contact them apart from an email or live chat which never works. Have nothing to do with this company.
