What Helped Me Finally Make a Career Switch After Feeling Stuck for Years
I joined this bootcamp around 5–6 months ago with 4 years of experience in analytics at a leading consulting firm. Despite being part of a reputed brand, I felt stagnant in my career, doing the same type of work every day with little to no growth.
This bootcamp gave me much needed clarity on the kind of work I truly want to do in the future. It also opened doors to numerous interview opportunities at top companies like McKinsey, Zscaler, and others. Even with only moderate technical skills, I was able to perform confidently and effectively in these interviews — thanks to the structured guidance, mock interviews, and personalized support provided throughout the program. One of the most valuable outcomes I had was being able to create a holistic summary of my past 4 years of experience. This helped me position myself as someone capable of independently driving projects from scratch — something I hadn’t been able to do before.
Overall, the bootcamp played a crucial role in helping me transition into a more meaningful role.

Japnaam changed my life for the better
Japnaam came into my life while I had quit my internship during covid-19 and was struggling to get a job despite multiple applications and interviews.
He helped me with his great expertise and knowledge on how to craft my resume, how to reach out to recruiters and how to crack interviews in my field of choice. I went from having no income to 6LPA job within a matter of weeks. Apart from this he helped me get some very reputed clients for my business and also I used his blueprint to get my current job.
Highly recommend Japnaam and TheSwitch to anyone who is confused, wants a better position, pay, better clients or pretty much anything related to having a better career.
