Company took a week to even dispatch…
Company took a week to even dispatch the order. One of the light switches happened to be faulty from day one. Have returned the item via dpd and had confirmation of their receipt, and have been ignored since. No replacement switch, no refund, not even a reply to many an email over the last 3 weeks. If you want a decent honest service, go elsewhere and avoid these rogues! Looking at others feedback I’m not the first person this has happened to sadly

2 weeks, still not despatched
Ordered over 2 weeks ago, items have still not been despatched, which has caused delays in building work.
No longer getting a response from customer services. Have requested a refund, but suspect I may have to go to the bank.

Happy to use this Company again!!!!!
My overall experience was very good. There is no telephone number ( that would be useful) so I had to email a request about when my order would arrive. I sent an email and was very happy to received a speedy response.
