Advertised German Intelligent progressive glasses. First, they are cheaply made. Second, they do not function as designed. Communication with representatives was terrible.

Company confirmed my order with what seemed to be an automated system. It said to look out for a tracking order within the next few business days; however no tracking number ever came. When I reached out to their customer service, all I got in return were seemingly AI-chatbot responses that didn't actually address my questions. For instance, when I told them I had no tracking number and wanted confirmation that the order was being fulfilled, they told me to go read my email for a tracking number...

Do not give them your money. They are hoping that you, like me, will think this is the "Tailored Gents" store and not recognize that "The Tailored Gents" is different.

One shirt we ordered was good quality and nice. The jacket that we added on to our order at checkout was not what the picture showed. We ordered KHAKI and the jacket arrived in MUSTARD YELLOW. High costs to return to China. They gave 10% refund which is nothing. I explained the false advertisement in the color but they still would not refund or send a postage paid label.

Poor quality, synthetic materials, severe sizing issues, and excessive return shipping cost
Horrible quality, sizing completely wrong and make refunds impossible with shipping to china is almost the same price as the item. They were very responsive on email but the only way to return is paying an shipping to china or they offer a 10% credit for something I don’t want to keep.
